The ocean front master suite is pure comfort and elegance, and sleeping to the sounds of the sea is delightful. A queen four poster bed, lounge chair, lots of storage, and walk in closet complete the room. The attached master bath offers a large soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and top quality fixtures.
The second bedroom contains a queen bed, lounge chair, large closet and a private bath. The third bedroom has two charming twin beds and opens onto a hall bath.
There are so many things to do and so much beauty and serenity at SEACREST 102, you may never want to leave! Vilano Beach is wonderful: wide, sandy, and quiet. It is well known for excellent shelling and surfing, as well as walking, enjoying dolphins, and splashing in tidal pools.

I chose this condominium home because it is the perfect place for me to relax and only 40 minutes from my permanent home. It is 1/2 mile from a recreation park, a town center with grocery store, shops and restuarants and a 3 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine where I enjoy the historical areas, quaint restuarants, antiquing, and wonderful boutiques. The concrete and steel building was under construction (by one of the best builders in the Southeast) and I did not have to remodel, but just decorate from scratch. I wanted the first floor home so I (and my grandchildren) could walk right out to the ocean and not have to use an elevator, yet have the wonderful ocean views and sounds most all rooms.

This property was very appealing to me because of the serenity yet convenience to everything. While it is a condo, it feels like a single family home. There are only 7 units in building and all owner occupied except for 2 units that are rented (mine being one of the two). VERY QUIET. Great, wide, sandy beach. My family and I vacationed in this area for many years before we were able to purchase the perfect place for us.
Having been in real estate sales for many years, I was very impressed with floor plan and construction of this building. It is so quiet, you don't know you have neighbors. The minute I walk through the double entry doors, I am in a haven with incredible views.
Charlene's home is very much a home away from home but with much better views! Her home is spacious abd extremely comfortable. The location could not have been better .The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed long walks and amazing sunrises and sunsets. We loved our stay from start to finish and we look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks Charlene for being a wonderful host from the time we signed the lease until the day we left.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was very clean and everything was great. The fireplace, the kitchen, furniture, just a great place to getaway and relax. Charlene was wonderful as well. Oh, by the way, the view was amazing! We will be back several times for sure!

The owner was helpful and responsive when we had questions. Beach assess was easy. Everyone had a great time. Restaurants, grocery store, and St. Augustine were just minutes away.

We love staying here. It is always like home to us. The condo is beautiful, clean, easy access to the ocean, and close to shopping, restaurants etc. We are already talking about next year.
