The new apartment in the Eichenstraße has a size of 52 m² and offers accommodation max. for 3 people. It offers a living room with sofa with sleeping function, dining table and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with bath, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. All rooms are laid out with parquet.
Very conveniently located apartment on the Eichenstraße and is not far away from the Meidling main street. 5 minute walk to the U6 Philadelphiabrücke where many buses, trains (station Meidling) and the Badner Bahn go away.
Directly opposite the apartment runs the airport bus every 30 minutes from Vienna, Westbahnhof and Meidling Train Station Airport.
Shopping just around the corner: supermarkets, department store Müller, pharmacy, bank, fast food, café etc.
Landmarks such as Schönbrunn, Vienna Zoo, Opera House and St. Stephen's Cathedral are accessible by public transport within several minutes reachable
All furnishings were modern. It was spotless. It's less than a 5 minute walk to get to the train/subway station (it's right across the road which makes for a little noise but wasn't too bad). The building it's in is updated with no noisy neighbors. I would definitely stay here again. Very high quality rental.
This is a new apartment that is close to everything you need. A fairly large mall with a store and several shops is very close, as is a large train station (Bahnhof Meidling across the street) with S-bahn, U-bahn and bus stops co-located. It can be somewhat noisy during the day but the nights are surprisingly quiet given all of the nearby bustle.
The apartment is well-equipped with everything, including laundry facilities. We enjoyed ourselves and will be happy to come back!
This apartment is close to local transportation, supermarkets etc. It is clean and well-maintained by the owners. They greeted us warmly and were only a phone call away if we needed them. For those looking for a holiday home within easy reach of the main tourist attractions, this apartment is to be recommended.
We loved this place – extremely convenient traffic，close to the Metro, train station and nearby many supermarkets. Huimim's husband treats welcomed us warmly. Flat was clean and spacious. It’s next to the train station but have nice soundproof window didn’t feel noisy. I'd recommend this and I'd definitely stay here again.
Für Gäste ohne Auto ist dies die optimale Adresse, um die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden! Wirklich ALLE öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (ÖFFIS) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Dafür muss man allerdings in Kauf nehmen, dass der Verkehrslärm bei geöffnetem Fenster relativ laut ist. Wir waren jedoch nach unseren Tages-Exkursionen derart groggy, dass uns das kaum gestört hat.
Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist bequem über einen Aufzug erreichbar und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Fotos bilden also absolut die Realität ab! Wir haben uns besonders über die Espressomaschine samt Espressokapseln gefreut... ;-)) Dafür vielen Dank, Huimin! Frische und hervorragende Backwaren gibt es zudem gleich um die Ecke!
