About this property

Summary:
This beautiful Paw Paw Lake home is on the ''Venice of Paw Paw Lake''. This well built home includes 100 feet of waterfront and yard.

We have our own boat dock and jet ski dock for guests to dock their personal water crafts. We are in the canal that feeds right into Paw Paw Lake!

The entire home, besides we do have a locked closet and the garage is unavailable to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Coloma:
Paw Paw Lake in your backyard for fishing, boating, rafting, tubing and swimming.

The Lakefront Restaurant is on the lake and kids can play on the beach. Nice strong drinks for the adults!

Bob’s Barn is a mile or two from the house. Farm stand + bakery. Their blueberry lemon pie is a MUST!

East Street in Coloma for lunch or Dinner (best overall food and drink selection in Coloma)

T’s Tap is the local bar- The BEST burger and onion rings in SW Michigan (cooked in front of you) *GOAT REC*

Hub Central 185- best breakfast around

Las Mangonadas – homemade ice cream

Loma Theatre- 3 screen movie theater- CHEAP shows and $1 popcorn. Perfect for a rainy day!

Round Barn Filling Station- outdoor seating, great cocktails, live music on Saturdays

Bend Bar and Grill - Local Hangout (right down the street/walking distance)

Blackbird Waterhouse - Great atmosphere and apps

Soulards - Best bakery in town

Local beaches:
Rocky Gap- free parking, has a ramp to get to the beach
Hager- all sand beach, lots of stairs to access beach

Craving some of the busy beach town charm and shopping- we are only 15 minutes from St. Joe, 30 minutes from South Haven

Getting Around:
We do not have garage access but there will be enough room on the driveway to park 3-4 cars.

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?

We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.

The living room fireplace is non functional and is only for show.

Hot tub on site is up and running

Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This is not pet friendly!

- NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home.
- No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
- Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $25 per 10 min past check out time (rounded up).
- Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- Guest accept the risks that come with using bunk beds/ladders
- Guest understands the responsibility of being on the water.
- All children MUST be supervised when in the backyard/near the water

Visiting with friends at Paw Paw lake

The property was In wonderful shape and just right for a group of friends getting together to remember good times we all had at the lake over the years. Plenty of room to sit talk , kitchen was well appointed with the necessary items . Beds were comfortable .Good place to stay

Great Lakeside Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. The host was very responsive. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing lakeside vacation.

Roomy and Comfortable

I organized a guy's trip to this house in late January. We played a ton of cards at the big table and found a smaller square table to get two games going at once. The internet was FAST, the TV was great with an HDMI cable pre-ran for us to hook into. We played video games and cards until we collapsed into our beds. The house is huge, it just keeps going. The hot water heater is 80gal and it has so many amazing bathrooms that everyone feels comfortable. I loved the downstairs shower and the jacuzzi bathtubs, we never used the tubs so they just looked great to us :) The kitchen was good, well stocked with everything but a crock pot, we almost left the one we bought but I think it got packed with us. The stove top is gas and the oven is electrical, which, is great because a gas oven can be a bit much to deal with in a rental if you aren't familiar with it. We probably made and cooked 15 pizzas while we were there! I would also like to say that the host is very easy to work with. Letting 7 adults book a rental sounds like a party disaster waiting to happen, I appreciate that they approved us and I am looking forward to renting from them again.

Great location for family and friends, plenty of room for family games and meals. es and meals.

We had a great stay with plenty of room for all. Very clean and lots of towels, linens. Great location close to everything. Would have liked better cooking pans, but understand you can't expect all guest to treat things with care/respect.
