BEST PROPERTY I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!!

  • 5 of 5

My fiance and I absolutely loved staying in this Victorian home for the weekend. I had surprised him with a trip to get away, and I couldn't have been happier with his place. SOO close to everything, the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We ate crab out on the porch, walked to get breakfast, and had one of the most memorable weekends.

We loved this place so much we requested to go back for our mini honeymoon to have the perfect and relaxing week. We couldn't have picked a better place. Everything was clean, all appliances worked, and Maria was one of the most accommodating owners and made it extra special. It took me so long to write this review because I didn't want anyone knowing about this place!

Good location

  • 2 of 5

This rental is part of an old victorian house that has been subdivided. This unit is quite small and cramped. The furniture and beds were old and frankly uncomfortable to sit and sleep in. The window air conditioing units upstairs do not work well and my family spent most of the week hot and uncomfortable. The only upside to this rental was the location. We were able to walk to the local supermarket, restaurants, mini golf, local boutiques and shops.

Owner's Response: My home is a charming, well kept Victorian home, part of the historical homes of Beach Haven surrounding the Bicentennial park. This unit is a medium size unit, that is very comfortable for a family of four. Periodically we do major upgrades, such as last year, new granite counters tops, and appliances in the kitchen, and a new vanity, with granite counter top, in the bathroom, new renovated covered porch, with new porch furniture. Furniture is reviewed on an seasonal basis, and replaced as needed. It is unfortunate that the air condition issue mentioned, was never brought to my attention. The air condition was reviewed upon your departure and no operational issue was found. Air conditions are maintained on a weekly basis, and replaced as needed. We are grateful for your enjoyment of the great location, and how my home is close to all of amenities that you enjoyed. Thank You

Location. Location. Location! 200 yards to the Beach.

Walking distance to grocery store, ice cream spots, mini golf, arcade amusement and restaurants. Park directly across the street that had live music the week we were there. Outdoor shower, porch, and yard make the small place feel bigger. Great outdoor shower!
