Girls trip to Charleston
We had a great trip to Charleston to attend the Highwater Festival. The apartment was nicely decorated and was roomy enough for 3 women. We were happy to find coffee and filters already in the cabinet so we didn't have to buy any. All the linens were white and smelled fresh and clean. It would have been nice to have a towel ring or bar in the bathroom; there wasn't really a good place to hang your hand towel.
The location of this unit is good - we were one block from the Hominy Grill and managed to eat there without waiting on Sunday morning. (Pro tip: get there at 8:45 before the crowds show up.) We also ate dinner at Cannon Green which was close by and I would highly recommend going there - the food was delicious. We walked down to the city market and back, and that may have taken 20-30 minutes to walk, so we had plenty of time to take in all the nice houses and blooming flowers.

Let me first say that I am someone who has an eye for improvements and things that need fixing. This place was as described and was in pretty good location (walking distance to a great restaurant, Hominy), however you would probably need to drive to get to the main downtown area.
The positives: The management company was professional and quick to reply, we had our own parking behind the unit, and we had plenty of clean towels, cable tv, comfy beds, chairs, good shower head.
The things that could be better: We were there in winter, and it was very cold. The heat worked in the bedrooms and bathroom, but it was still very cold in the living room. They could probably do a better job of sealing around the windows, doorway, etc. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang a towel or towels. If you don't have an Xfinity account, then you have to pay $5/day for wifi. The heat vent in the master bedroom is loose and makes a loud noise when the heat is on, which made it very hard to sleep. Also, if you plan on cooking, there is no cutting board and only 1 bowl!
Other than those things, we made due and had a good time.
Good, decent location
The property was nice, updated and decorated well. Full kitchen and dining table which were great because we liked making breakfast each day to save a little money eating out. Queen bedroom was very comfortable and pretty. Location wasn’t super close to downtown but close enough. Quite a few great restaurants and bars very close. The price was good for what you got. Quite spacious. We slept really well. I would recommend staying here.
The bad. Twin beds uncomfortable and living room furniture not quite adequate to really get comfortable. Fortunately we were gone most of the day but last couple hours of the night while winding down we could have used a cushy sofa. And the place could use a few basics. Like towel hooks. Not one hook or rack available for bath or hand towels. Kinda weird. More essentials in kitchen would be nice as well. No wine glasses and only a couple glasses overall. We washed the same 2 small glasses each night for our wine. There were a bunch of pots and only one large frying pan available. No fan in the bathroom which would be nice since it’s humid and nice to have with another guest.
But overall you get a very spacious two bedroom in a good location with restaurants close for quite a reasonable price compared to others. And we had an amazing time while there!

With a close proximity to King Street, this unit is within walking distance to some of Charleston's most widely acclaimed bars and restaurants. Charleston is a very walk-able city, however public transportation is easily available. A car is recommended for those who like to venture out. There is a free trolley that travels down King Street, and plenty of cabs and rickshaws all over town.
