We welcome all our guest and will go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. We only ask for the following for you to have successful and memorable stay:
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be present with a valid ID at check-in time.
No Events
3 Max Occupancy - 2 Max Vehicles: If over occupancy you run the risk of being evicted and No Refunds will be issued.
NO PETS/NO SMOKING: If we discover there was a pet or smoking of any kind you will be charged an additonal $500.00 for cleaning.
NOTE for any guest Checking in after 11:00 pm: There will be a Check in-fee of $ 50.00 cash due at check in time.
Late Check outs are possible upon approval by management team.
1 hour later check out : No fee
2 hour later check out: Fee $50.00
Check out instructions are posted in all cabins, please follow the instructions. If you have any questions regarding these instructions call the property manager.
Please Do not re-arrange the furniture in the cabin, unplug any cables to the TV's or remove the remotes.
Remember you are visiting our beautiful mountains but we also have little critters who love to sneak in and warm up too. We do our best to remove cobwebs and small itsy bitsy spiders but we can't control their sneaky ways.
Please do not leave food outside for the bigger critters.
Be Advised: During stormy and windy weather we can also lose power, which is completely out of our control.
