About this property

Our unit is situated on the sixth floor of this pristine 29 story high rise. Our 310 sq foot terrace allows you to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and the tranquil sound of the ocean along with the white sands of the beach below.

Mother Nature says it all at this location.

All that’s between our condo and the ocean is two swimming pools and a hot tub. The unit itself is very spacious and luxurious. It is a home away from home.

We have received many compliments on the locations of many restaurants and shows. Seeing is believing.
We have recently replaced the queen size mattress in the master for comfort as per one of our regular renter requests

Great views

We stayed at this apartment for a week and what we loved the most was the location and the view. It was right on the beach and we could go to the pool and the beach after. The view of the ocean from all the rooms was great at any point of the day. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the owner who was always ready to help and answer the questions at any minute. However, there are a few things which stood out to me. This is the first property we stayed at where we had to buy our own shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and detergent. It is usually provided for at least a couple of days but here we had to go and buy everything day 1. I wish we had some instructions about what to take with us and what’s not provided prior to our arrival. The apartment is nice and spacious but quite outdated. We had hard time turning the TVs on even with instructions provided and they were not smart TVs. The kitchen is a bit disorganized as well. But, overall, we enjoyed our stayed and these little things here and there did not affect our vacation.

Balcony was the BEST

This unit was the best for our family for a week. The building is very clean & nice amenities. Only bad thing was the ramp to get to the beach was a looonnnngggg walk. We had a wagon for our items & it was too heavy to carry up the stairs nearby. The balcony was the best place to hang out for all meals & family time.

This property was great! Plenty of space, fantastic balcony views. Kitchen well stocked. Super quick access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
