About Pauline Sullivan

We are the Sullivans, Pauline and Clair. We live on the property, which we find very convenient, problems, help with restaurant recommendations, even pet sitting have all been our pleasure to perform.

Pauline Sullivan purchased this cottage in 1979

Why Pauline Sullivan chose Niagara-on-the-Lake

We originally purchased 659 King Street, for its close proximity to Live theatre and a wonderful golf course. It was originally used by the family as 2 cottages, 1 for guests. After retiring we decided to live in the front cottage and rent the rear cottage as a vacation spot.

Charming little cottage in a beautiful town .

  • 5 of 5

Pauline's warm welcome and hospitality made a great start to our holiday in this beautiful part of the country. The cottage was perfect for us with plenty of relaxing space in the covered porch and in the lovely garden. Lots to see and do in the area. Only a 20 minute walk from the quaint main street and the lake.

Great location & great hosts

  • 4 of 5

Positives - about a mile from the town so very quiet, use and view of the beautiful rear garden, a lovely bottle of local wine provided by the hosts & easy parking.

Slight negatives - the rooms were very small with no room for luggage and the air conditioning unit is in one of the bedrooms and is very noisy.

Fabulous get away!

  • 5 of 5

This cottage was perfect for a little get away! It is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main street but close enough to walk to any of the restaurants. It was very peaceful and had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for morning coffee and evening wine. Would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing get away!!
