The house and pool are connected with a covered balcony terrace. Beautiful panoramic views with the sea. Parking for cars. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants about 200 meters away.

2 bedrooms, 2 lounges with fireplaces and sleeping for 5 seconds. Person. 2 bathrooms with shower, American kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances on both sides depending Wohnstudio. The bedrooms in two floors are equipped with adequate ventilation and air conditioning systems. In the salons and bath fans are present. Sufficient exterior lighting around the house and pool. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi access in both floors. Washing machine available. Barbecue, roof terrace, a covered terrace directly at the pool with seating and chairs.
