Our condo is of the no frills type for people who want a comfortable place to eat and sleep while enjoying all the area has to offer without breaking the bank. It is over 1000 square feet in size.
The living room features a two loveseats and a matching large padded ottoman with great lighting to read a book, sit and visit or enjoy the stereo or 50 inch smart television. The kitchen is fully equipped to save you the cost of restaurant dining during your extended stay.
The dining area has comfortable seating for four. Two bathrooms with updated lighting are featured for your personal needs.
The master bedroom has a chest, two end tables, lamp and Select Comfort California King bed with adjustable settings for mattress firmness.
The second bedroom has a chest of drawers and Select Comfort California King bed with adjustable settings for mattress firmness.
Enjoy the large balcony with views of the surrounding trees and mountains while having your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The laundry facilities are a short walk away and give you a chance to visit with the full time residents of the community who can give you the inside information on making you stay more enjoyable.
We really enjoyed our stay there we liked walking to the exercise room it was about half mile away so we got good exercise walking there and back it was a great area so we felt totally safe walking down the sidewalk The mailboxes are convenient The only thing I have to say that is not good is the electric bill . The tenant has to pay their own electric and it is very high, we used the heat a little for about a week and the rest of the time it was totally off and the bill was still about $250 for the month We had a real good time in Laguna Woods and would like to go back there again The owner was very nice and easy to contact, he answered my emails right away Very good communication
I look forward to staying again here. Every thing you need is all under one roof.
Russ was excellent to deal with through the whole process. His place was well stocked with everything we needed, from the coffee to the plastic bags to a sippy cup when our granddaughter visited.
Location was also great, not far from the laundry, clubhouse, gym and pool. He is updating some items which will only make it even better
This unit is very nice and comfortable. It is well equipped and very clean. The only down side is that the laundry is a bit far away.
Worked very well for me and my dog. Very quiet and private still neighbors are friendly.
Wanted to live there to see if I could live there full time and yes I'll be moving soon .
We rented sight unseen except for a few photos on line. When we arrived, the place was spotless. We loved the King bed and all the comforts of home. We could have stayed forever. And the view - that was a bonus! We are very private people and all the residents seem to share the same feeling. So it was very quiet -- we never heard dogs barking or people partying. The price for the month was what we were looking for. And, of course, it's all about the weather which was fantastic. We loved our stay.
