Limited rental availability in our second home, Our newly remodeled condo has everything new and condo is clean clean clean. Weekly/Monthly rate includes tax and cleaning (normal cleaning) and a 1500.00 damage to condo property is also included. Renter must be over 28 yrs of age and provide a copy of a valid ID, credit card and signed rental contract.
This one bedroom one bathroom condominium was remodeled in late 2014-2015 and keeps being updated. Includes a free high-speed internet access, premium cable in every room, blue rays a full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, fully stocked kitchen, Linens, blowdryer, iron, soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, waters, Keurig coffee maker, Washer/Dryer IN unit. Bedroom has a NEW $2000.00 queen mattress in 2015. (a good nights sleep just makes your stay all the better). Living room has a new queen sofa sleeper with an upgraded pillow top mattress. Unit can accommodate two to four people max. There are two large balconies, one off the bedroom and one off the living room, with comfy lounger and a table with seating for four, for outside dining. . Unit has a beautiful large oversized soaking tub and secured underground parking for one vehicle. Guest parking is available. No Smoking of any kind/vap or cigarettes is allowed in the condo or on the patios. This vacation rental is directly across the street from the Westin and on the first floor by the bbq and pool.
Provided is also a 1500.00 damage protection insurance for the condo and NO cleaning fees/taxes added for normal use cleaning.
Approved pets are allowed.

The condominium is approximately seventeen miles from the Los Angeles International Airport-LAX, five miles from Long Beach airport, and fourteen miles from John Wayne's/Orange County airport. The Condominium is eighteen miles to Disneyland, fourteen miles to Knott's Berry Farm, Movieland Wax Museum, and the Medieval Times Dinner Theater. The condo is NEXT TO the Long Beach Convention Center, Performing Arts Center, the Long Beach Aquarium and Queen Mary. Outside the condominium are well known restaurants, shops, and clubs located one block away on Pine Ave.
We only rent ONE TIME PER MONTH to stay within our Condo Guidelines so please ask if we have already met our one time rental during the month.
We require a copy of renters ID and refundable deposit and a signed rental agreement to confirm identity of renter and we will personally deliver the keys and show you around. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE PROVIDING THESE WE UNDERSTAND BUT WILL NOT RENT WITHOUT THEM.
Couple, an attorney and a personal trainer and 5 rescue dogs who rent our second home when we are not able to be there. We like clean clean clean and relaxing comfort so our goal is to provide you with the same experience we would want for our friends and family. We are constantly upgrading and changing out linens and items as they become worn.

we wanted a get away at the beach for our family and have been watching Long Beach renovate downtown, the beach area and now it is our happy get away. The building is just stunning and the cleanliness, décor and beautiful plants make it a second home. The security and nicest concierge staff added to why we love this building.

The nicest couple, arrived to find a beautiful building and a spotless condo. New furniture, comfy new mattress all new kitchen. There was coffee, water, cookies and candy left for us, which we thought was very thoughtful. The patios are very large and secure. Loved the large televisions and the premium channels. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The grand prix was right behind the building and we enjoyed watching it with about 15 other tenants. The building was secured for only tenants and guests, so we had a great time. And I drove my Lamborghini and my girlfriend drove her car so the owners had made sure that I was given an extra secure large parking space. The level the owner's went to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time really was above and beyond....
My husband and I stayed at this condo while visiting Long Beach from Canada for a tradeshow at the Convention Centre. It was clean and well equipped for our one week stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had no problems with noise or anything like that. I slept like a baby! We walked down to the waterfront where they had excellent places to eat - Outback, Gladstones, etc., and had a car so drove up the cost and explored miles and miles of beaches. Would definitely stay here again, from the oversized bathtub, to the ice machine in the fridge, to the comfy couch and large tv's in the bedroom and living room, we felt like we were home. Next time - I will bring my little puppy to make it even more at home as it is a dog friendly place. The owners were sweet and very nice as well answering all our questions and were there to meet us when we first arrived. Lovely time - missing Long Beach already!
This condo was simply wonderful! My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Apparently the owners just did a complete remodel and updated everything including linens, towels and dishes as everything seemed brand new to us. The condo was spotless and very modern with all new stainless appliances in the kitchen. The owners were very helpful with our questions and incredibly nice. They clearly want you to be happy with the place and enjoy your stay. You could tell from all the little touches, they care about taking care of their guests. The location can't be beat - we were walking distance to everything in Long Beach and we loved being on the ground floor as it was easy to get around and easy to get to the pool/hot tub area and the work out room. Parking is a breeze. In fact, if you had two small cars, I bet you could fit two in the space this unit has - it is more like a large space and a half. We definitely went out and about a lot, but it was so nice to come "home" and relax in this condo. Super nice concierge guy and very quiet building. Oh, and loved the art deco design features of the building - very cool. Will definitely stay here again!
My husband & daughter had a conference at the convention center and I was accompanying them to babysit my grandson and did not want to stay in a hotel. This VRBO was great!! It was around the corner to the convention center and walking distance to the large grocery store, the beach, multiple restaurants, everything! The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bed comfortable. My daughter slept on a blowup mattress which was so easy to setup & take down and fairly comfortable. The owners were awesome and very accommodating and made everything very easy for us-rental agreements, keys, making sure we had all we needed-(IE:mentioned beach towels and owner made sure there were beach towels for all occupants available). Clean up was very easy too. I would stay here again in a minute and would recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for a great stay.
We were in town for an event at the convention center and this condo couldn't have been more perfect! The condo was clean, everything necessary was provided and safe. We had an easy walk to and from the convention center, entertainment and grocery shopping. Thanks for a great stay!
I stayed here with my mother and my two kids in early July.
Pros: The property is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as the aquarium and Queen Mary. The building has a very friendly concierge at the front of the building, as well as a small fitness room and very small (but clean) pool. David was always immediately accessible and helpful. The parking space is very nice to have, although trying to get into the garage was VERY tight. I probably had only a few inches on either side of my car as I entered through the gate.
Cons: You do need to tell the concierge that you are a "friend", which can be awkward. The condo itself needs some help. The carpeting and couches were in desperate need of a good cleaning. The entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. Much of the "non-surface" areas were dirty; it was clear that the cleaners didn't clean much more than what was immediate visible.
David had told me he was selling the property, so maybe that's why there wasn't a push to take care of the problems listed above.
Property is a short walk across the street to the beach, the LB aquarium, Famous Pine Ave. the Pike and Convention center are all just a short walk. Lots and lots of great restaurants, movie theaters and even bowling. Unit is next to the pool and BBQ. 15 minutes to LAX and a short drive to Disneyl, Knotts, all coastal beaches and HOLLYWOOD!

Rates start at $165 per night for2 guests weekdays, weekend rates and rate for 3 to 4 guests apply, 4 guests are the max weekly and monthly rates available. No cleaning or taxes added. No candles are allowed, no smoking/vap in the unit or on the unit patios. Pets can not be left unattended on either patio, pets must be walked thru side doors and not the main lobby.
