Tired and dated. No welcome pack. No basic tea coffee. Milk. No information on how anything works.

Location good although there is a busy road between you and the lake and this is not mentioned. Compared to the first property you see as you pull up the drive with flowers and big balconies , this place is dark and dull. Old fashioned. Bathroom very basic. Bedding and bed good. Kitchen functional. No information on where to go. No useful tips on walks to. Ext village through vamp site. No information on pizza place over the road. Clean. Functional. Very over priced. I would say by £200. The balcony is not big. It's Narrow and long. It has a basic table. Not very pretty at all. The whole place is at best functional. I would say the description is a variation on the truth! We wished we'd stayed at the first house on the path. Bright colourful And chearful. Very disappointed although clean. Would not recommend for the money. If I knew how I would request some money back. It's a beautiful town and stunning scenery. Loads of places to stay. I would pick somewhere else. Functional.

Owner's Response: Dear Sue, I’m sorry to read this. This apartment is from an older lady and also bath room was shown on the pictures. Also in the map, you can see the street. Many informations are provided on our website, but unfortunately HomeAway has removed all external links, so this information got lost for you. Also, we know that Austria is very expensive for British travellers and many travellers are thinking, that they would get more for a pound, but in the last years and after the Euro the pound lost and so you have the thinking that you want more. This apartment is a very cheap one and we have many guests from Germany and Austria, they don’t ask for coffee or tea. Also, we can understand that these things are not in this apartment. This is not a hotel or a pension. All information for walking can be got by the local tourist office and they have all the information that you ask here. Also, your property manager where able to provide you this information, why didn’t you ask her? Kind regards Rolf
