About Katrin Ludik

I arrived from Germany in South Africa in 1997 to visit the Hotel school, fell in love the with the country and its people and never left again:-)

Today I am living with my husband Lambert and our two children in Cape Town and manage our Guest House in Camps Bay.

We are very active and love the outdoors & adventures.

Sightseeing is so easy from here as a vast amount of destinations are literally within hundreds of meters of the Studio.... the Castle of Good Hope, the Greenmarket Square, Company Gardens, National Gallery, Parliament and the flower ladies across the road to mention just a few are all within max. 600meters.

The quality furniture and finishes give the studio a warm and lush feeling , that make you feel at home from the moment you step in.

Beautifully maintained studio

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked very well. Nice large windows. Lovely bathroom. All appliances top-notch. On a main street in Cape Town but quiet nonetheless. Very good manager.

Happy 9 night stay

Before we booked the apartment we were concerned that it might be a bit small for a 9 night stay. However, once we arrived we discovered that the space is quite large and there is plenty of room for 2 people. The apartment was very clean and organized on arrival. It has virtually everything you need, including good wifi, and the building is very quiet. We had a car for a couple of days and the garage access in the building is very convenient. There are food shops within a 2 block radius of the apartment and there are always many Uber cars in the area. The central location makes it easy to get to most attractions in the city. It's also an easy 5 minute walk through St. Georges Mall and the Green Market to the Hop On Hop Off bus and tourist information on Long Street. We enjoyed our stay and were quite comfortable after Katrin met us and explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if we are in Cape Town.

Just perfect!

Ein wunderschönes Appartement mitten in Kapstadt. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für die unzähligen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und organisatorisch klappt alles bestens. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und ein guter Engel. Ohne Sie wären wir ohne Pässe am Flughafen gestanden. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!
