This stylish, air-conditioned gem is located in a beautiful, historic building in the second Floor (with elevator from the first Floor) and is located on the 1000 year old olive tree at the town hall square of Palma, the Plaza Cort in the heart of Old Town! It has a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet, air-conditioned room Sheep, located at the back.

Whether you come as single or couples, the apartment offers the level of equipment everything you brought to spend a relaxing holiday in Palma city ...

On request can be rented with a (or two) underground parking. The special rates for the parking lot can be found under the tab '' location '' or under the field '' additional information ''!

+++ PAYMENT:

No deposit !!! Due to the great experience in the past, I wish for no deposit! Everything is running but on mutual trust and confidence!

I ask 25% of the entire booking amount to pay. The balance would you pay locally in cash.

If your vacation to 20 days before arrival date to cancel the, get your 25% deposit back guaranteed! Cancellations less than 20 days you will get the money back even if I get a new booking by a guest! Is that fair?

She has a huge living room with dining area (55 sqm), 1 master bedroom, 1 full bath, a fully equipped, open kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee & espresso machine, toaster, pots & pans, cutlery, glasses and porcelain , The tastefully furnished living and dining area is equipped with air conditioning, dining table for 4 and 5 bed seats, 40 inch Samsung flat screen TV / SAT with DVD player and free WIFI. Similarly, the apartment has a washing machine and ironing station and is equipped with towels and toilet paper.

A romantic weekend

We arrived in December late on a Saturday night and met by Julia the manager who was very welcoming, everything was just as described and better, the location in the heart of the city in the most iconic of buildings and only a short walk to everything. I challenge anyone to find anything so unique, so romantic and memories that will last forever.

Fantastic location, excellent communication, beautiful accommodation.

This is an amazing apartment, fantastic for 2 people. It is in a great location and is ideal for exploring the gorgeous town of Papma. In the apartment there is everything you need for a relaxed, enjoyable stay. It truely is beautiful. The communication with the owner is first class and Alex and his assistant Julia made sure everything ran smoothly from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this apartment and Palma. Will definitely be staying again!

Charmantes Appartement im Herzen von Palma <3

Eine kleine Perle direkt an der Plaça Cort, sehr liebe- und vor allem geschmackvoll gestaltet, gepflegt und in Wirklichkeit noch viel hübscher als auf den Fotos. 

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, denn ich habe mich die ganze Zeit wie auf Anhieb zu Hause und auch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Maria hat mich bei unserem Treffpunkt sehr nett empfangen und war auch während meines Aufenthalts jederzeit für mich da.

Mitten in der Altstadt, aber dennoch nachts ruhig

(keine Autos, kein Kneipenlärm).

Die Wohnung war vom Flughafen aus problemlos mit dem Taxi, in etwa 15 Minuten (20€) erreichbar.

Sie liegt super zentral, so dass man vor Ort keinen PKW benötigt, alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar und die nächste Busverbindung ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Das Appartement ist vollständig ausgestattet, neben deutschem TV gibt es auch WLAN.

Alle wichtigen Dinge, die man zum Leben benötigt sind vorhanden.

Das Bett ist hochwertig und wirklich sehr gemütlich, das Bad ausreichend groß mit einer tollen Dusche.

Direkt in der Nähe von dem Appartement an der Plaça Major gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles einkaufen kann, ein toller Bäcker ist ebenfalls um die Ecke schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleiches gilt für zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen, die im nahen Umfeld zu finden sind.

Alle Angaben im Inserat entsprechen absolut der Wirklichkeit - sowohl bezüglich der Lage, als auch die Ausstattung. 

Beginnend mit der tollen Unterstützung durch den sehr freundlichen Vermieter der alles möglich machte um einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca zu haben. Die herzliche Art hat mir wirklich sehr zugesagt =).

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und habe ein paar wunderschöne Tage dort verbracht!

Vielen Dank an Alexander und Maria für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!
