The detached holiday villa Casa Max is beautifully situated on a 5.000 m² natural plot. The house is very private and pool, garden and terrace area are very well protected from prying eyes from the outside. You can feel completely undisturbed here!

The holiday villa offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, the nearby beaches below the house and the small town of Almuñécar on the Costa Tropical in Andalusia.

On two floors, the holiday villa offers optimal space for 8 people. For additional guests you can "mobile" guest beds to any arrangement be provided. If you travel only as a couple, or as a small family with 3 or 4 people, then the rent is of course correspondingly cheaper. But no matter how many people you arrive with, you will always have the entire property with all the terraces and the entire pool area for your sole, private use. No part of the villa is rented to other guests!

In the Casa Max you have 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, several guest beds and a garden pavilion available,

The villa has two bathrooms with bath, toilet and bidet and the private pool is a shower house with another toilet and an additional shower.

The Casa Max now has free internet (Wi-Fi) and the bedrooms and the living room have satellite TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with 4-plate electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils etc.

By the private pool there is a large sun terrace with a swing and a brick barbecue and a pool bar with summer kitchen and large dining table - an ideal place for convivial evenings with family or friends. Enjoy the views of the Mediterranean and the beach panorama of Almuñécar from almost every corner of the villa!

From the beach you reach your holiday home via a relatively steep access road, which is partly still unpaved, but arrived at the house you compensated the magnificent view.

The nearest beach and the old town of Almuñécar with its countless restaurants and shops can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The picturesque beach "Playa de Cabria" is, for example, only approximately 1.5 line kilometers below the Casa Max!

The lively and vibrant city center of Almuñecar has a classic Spanish atmosphere is still not dominated by mass tourism. The Moorish and Phoenician architectural heritage can still be found in every corner - in the winding streets of the old town, in the picturesque squares and not least in the famous castle.

In Almuñécar there are colorful markets, good restaurants, interesting parks, a variety of beaches and a large fun pool for young and old. Modern supermarkets, banks etc. are all easily accessible from the holiday villa.

The picturesque city of Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace is only 40 minutes away by car. Sevilla, another appealing destination can be reached in 3 hours. On the Costa Tropical, you can leave in the morning in the Sierra Nevada Ski and in the afternoon on the beach sunbathing.

The Costa Tropical in Andalusia is located between the Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almería and occupies a particularly beautiful part of the coast, which has the best conditions to spend wonderful holidays.

It is located right on the Mediterranean Sea and the proximity to northern Africa and Sierra Nevada with the highest peaks of the peninsula protect the area from the cold north winds. A subtropical microclimate with 320 days of sunshine per year makes it possible in the lush valleys the cultivation of tropical fruits.

Getting there:

Arrival airport is usually Málaga (about 1 hour drive), but is Almeria - a little further east - not much farther away. Also on arrival Granada is possible.
