-Pee fee $75
-Dogs: must be quiet, trained, and not left alone in the Airbnb. No more than 1 dog. No pets on furniture, must bring their own bed.
-No cats allowed, apologies as I am allergic
-Extra guest $50/night
-Failure to indicate pets or extra guest will incur a penalty of an additional $50/pet or guest

Sauna and backyard

I live in the attached home, and my interaction is what feels most comfortable to you. I am happy to provide any tips or help whenever needed, as well as respect your privacy and space. I want my guests to feel at home.

Safe neighborhood, can walk 1.3 miles to the trail and beach, or 0.5 miles to various restaurants.

Parking available on the right side of the driveway, as well as street parking. Location is great for biking and accessible for using apps like Lyft or Uber.

Hosted Rental Permit #HRP-041. Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% added for short term rentals and goes to the city of South Lake Tahoe. If booking 30+ nights, no TOT added and save additional 12% on top of long term discount!
