We have recently completely renovated and refurbished our apartment. While the bathrooms and technical equipmen is new and state of the art, we have also added some antique furniture, giving it a very special, Viennese, touch. It is is centrally located in a very quiet street in walking distance to the City centre and most tourist sights. It has 3 bedrooms of which only 2 are equipped with beds, the third has a lovely antique writing desk. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped. In house parking is included in the price. You will find everything you need for your comfort and ample space to hang your clothes and store your luggage.
This was a lovely flat, tastefully furnished - with all the necessary accoutrements. Very bright and roomy, tidy and clean. Good location for tourist activity. I would stay again and recommend it to friends!
Our two couples very much enjoyed our visit to Vienna which was made more special by the excellent location of this apartment. The flat is on the second floor (with elevator) within close walking distance to tram and underground for those days the walk to the old town and all day museum trekking needed a ride back. The apartment management was especially rapid in communication and explaining the operation of the flat. There is a small and larger market nearby. There are excellent restaurants nearby. We particularly loved the one across the street. Our only caution is the description of the bathrooms is inaccurate. The two bathrooms are equipped with sink and showers (one with tub) but the toilet is only available in the center of the apartment. We were comfortable as travelers and this was not an issue for us. This is truly a great location for your visit to Vienna.
This apartment is simply beautiful--airy, unusually spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location--right next to the university--is terrific and very quiet. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see in Vienna, but for those sights further afield, the apartment is very convenient to public transportation. There is a small supermarket literally across the street and a larger one just a five-minute walk away. Plenty of good restaurants are in the area too. I will note that although the apartment details state that the toilet is separate, it bears repeating that there are two bathrooms in the apartment (one with sink and shower, the other with sink and bathtub), but only one, separate, toilet. Though only a minor inconvenience, it did come as a surprise as we had misunderstood the write-up. Overall, we highly recommend this very beautiful and comfortable apartment as the perfect base from which to explore Vienna.

The apartment was fantastic very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location to walk to all the major sights there was lots of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket opposite we booked redcab return transfer to and from the airport excellent
A great apartment, in a quiet yet central part of Vienna. We stayed with another couple, and was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again should we be lucky enough to return.
This is the best apartment we have stayed in. We shared it with another couple, good friends of ours from England, with whom we often travel. We were all delighted with the quality of the apartment and with the amenities within it. It is extremely spacious, very close to the historic centre of Vienna and right by the University. The booking and payment process was very simple and, in addition, the owner, Miryam, pointed us in the direction of Red Cab, a taxi service we were able to book and pay for online. The rate was very reasonable and, I believe, cheaper than normal taxis. It meant that we were met on arrival at the airport and delivered back there on departure. A wonderful find!
The flat is situated adjacent to the university campus, in walking distance to the center of town and a large number of sightseeing venues. The underground station at Schottentor is at 5 min walking distance.
Accross the street you find a small supermarket with everything you need for your breakfast. Other shops, restaurants and cinemas are within 300 m. The university grounds next-door invite you for your morning run. There too, you will find numerous restaurants and a large supermarket.
