Hi everyone, my name is Tim Miller. My brother and I purchased in Cancun back in 2004. We love it here! We used to have property in Coco Beach but when we found Cancun we sold everything and bought here to stay. There is no place on earth like Cancun. The beauty of the Caribbean waters is unmatched worldwide, the beaches are pristine, and the wonderful people of the area is the real difference maker. The locals are so happy and so humble, and so thankful to have your business and be of service to you and your family. Over time, my family came to know many wonderful people here in Cancun. If you have never been to Cancun, you will absolutely love it here!

Penthouse #372- 4BR-3.5BTH - Approx 2,750 sq ft including terraces

Penthouse #372 sits on the corner (there are only 4 units on the top floors, one on each corner) of the North tower, on the 7th floor. You walk in and you have the living room, dining room, powder room, kitchen, big terrace with the hot tub, laundry room and one bedroom with private bathroom. Then upstairs you have the other 3 bedrooms and another 2 bathrooms. The views are of both the ocean and the bay. The unit faces the bay. This tower was built before some major new set back requirements came into play in Cancun. That's why the views are so outstanding, the tower is much closer to the water than any of the others on the Cancun strip.

Do you have a very large group? I can help, I take care of several of these large units in the same resort, some are on the same floor.

What makes us a more attractive choice than our competition?

1. When you arrive at the resort you are welcomed by my management staff. Two full time managers take care of only a few units to ensure your service is top notch. You will be assigned one of the two. Either Francis or Abdiel will be there to welcome you, show you around and answer any questions you may have. And how blessed we are to have Francis and Abdiel. You will truly enjoy having their smiling faces there to be of service for you.

2. Francis and Abdiel are not just greeters. They are there for you should you need something. Simply email or call them and they will be there promptly, they are normally already right there at the resort.

3. Our resort has on site maintenance of course. But that is not good enough for us. We have our own full time maintenance man to be there quickly should anything malfunction. I used to hire companies to come out if something like one of the AC's malfunctioned. Not anymore, we have our own on site full time staff.

4. Would you like a an authentic Mexican home cooked meal? How does only $50 for your entire groups sound?... plus the raw cost of the food? That's right, we provide this service with no mark up at all! Enjoy! The service includes clean up after. Why go out to some expensive fancy place when you can dine and be serviced while enjoying the best views in Cancun right there in the penthouse?! anywhere.

5. Would you like a night out away from the children for some adult conversation? We have baby sitting-services that come right to the condo, and they are wonderful people, part of our extended family in Cancun.

6. Want a tip on a great snorkeling experience? A good friend of mine offers his service privately for your group. The private tour goes all day, includes lunch on an island, is totally private to your group, and comes with the best "skipper" anywhere. Going out with Mike is truly an experience. Cost is $65 per person, if less than 6 people minimum price for all is $390.

7. Our resort has a staffed front desk, 24 hour on site security, bell hops, and friendly staff.

8. Advice: Why pay $80 to get into the 2 biggest night clubs in Cancun when I can show you how to get your cover paid, all drinks paid, and VIP service for the same price? This is just one example of several tips that will save you a lot of money.

Other thoughts 1: If you are traveling with small children, you will find a packnplay (play-pen & sleeper), a high chair & a quality stroller on hand. Or, if you would like to enjoy your favorite drinks down by the pool or beach we welcome you to use the special cooler you will find in any of our units. It is on wheels, super easy to take with you and is also very handy as a pool or beach side table. The convenience might only be out shined by the savings on drinks! This item has been pre-approved for use by the resort, when you are staying at one of our vacation rentals.

Other thoughts 2: If you need extra beds, I have found air beds to be most comfortable. We have queen size air beds and linens for same available upon request.

Francis is one example, she is my manager for penthouse #372. Terrific lady. I make mention of an option to have an authentic Mexican meal prepared right there in the condo for you. Francis does the cooking! Many of our guests take advantage of the service, its only $50 for the entire group (up to 8 at that price) plus the cost of the food and no mark up on anything, Francis gives you a grocery receipt for the food. Clean up after is included. Outstanding value. This is just one example of so many relative to how I feel we stand out from our competition. If you want to know people are there for you in Cancun, you have come to the right place.

We had previously had property in Cocoa Beach Florida, but when we found the majestic beauty of Cancun we never looked back. The Caribbean waters of Cancun are unmatched in their beauty worldwide. The beaches are pristine with gentle slopes fading out into the water. Beyond all this is the beauty of the people. They are so friendly and humble, and want to serve the guests that they feel honored to have. Its a truly amazing area, we feel very blessed to have found Cancun and the terrific people we have come to know over the years.

And then you have penthouse #372 itself. Wow! It has outstanding ocean views, outstanding bay views, huge terrace, 4 person hot tub, full kitchen, LR, DR, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, its just wonderful staying here.

When my brother and I were looking we noticed some things about the area.

The strip in Cancun is very busy, this part of the strip where we purchased is more laid back, we are 6 miles from the thumping of the big famous night clubs like Coco Bongos and Dadeos. So very close to get there, but far enough away for peace and quiet. There are a couple of restaurants right across the street, one is my "go to" place called 19.5. The owner's name is Joe, terrific guy. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. They have huge black angus burgers, burritos, a nice mix of American and Mexican food. They serve alcoholic drinks, its very casual and has an outstanding view over the bay, amazing sunsets there too. The other restaurant is called Navios, outstanding food, mid range on price, and open air with private palapas built over the water, just a wonderful ambiance there.

What makes this condo unique

When we first bought here in 2004 the resort management at the time was hotetur. They were bought out by another company called Blue Bay Resorts. So this company inherited the lease for our resort. This turned out not so good because they did a poor job. The resort started to get run down looking after a few years. Finally our association was able to get them out in Jan of 2016, and a new management company came in Feb of 2016. We had been praying about this a lot, for years actually. And in due time, boy did God answer! Our new management company has made so many positive changes for our resort. We had all our building exteriors redone, every hotel room, all 3 restaurants, and they vastly expanded our pool. In time they want to build an entirely new lobby that features the ocean as a backdrop, and add another swimming pool. We feel amazingly blessed.   • In any space, enough cannot be said about the importance of clean quality bathroom areas. And this special penthouse does not disappoint in this area. Tasteful frosted glass separates the master shower area from the main room. The arched shower with special mood lighting, mosaic tile and attention to detail do impress. The primping area is good size with nice details. The 2nd bath on the upper level also has a decent size, clean and nice primping area, and simple cleaned tiled tub and tile surround. The powder room on the main floor is finished nicely. And the 4th bedroom private bath is again, simple, clean and nice. The owner did a very nice job on the bathroom areas in this unit

  • Each bedroom has satellite TV. The feel one gets from each of the 2nd floor bedrooms (3 on upper level) is one of not just beautiful views outside, but quality inside. The master bedroom is on the corner offering sweeping views of the amazing Caribbean colors. The building was built very close to the ocean. The result is amazing views from this corner where the master is located. There is a king in the 2nd bedroom as well. This is also a spacious bedroom with a great direct ocean East Caribbean View. The master, 2nd and or 3rd bedroom are all capable of having an additional queen air bed set up for additional beds if needed. 3rd bedroom has a double bed (Murphy bed, very comfortable-fold it away up into the wall when not in use) + nice ocean view and Cancun coastline view from the 3rd bedroom. 4th bedroom has private bath, ocean view & coastline view and queen bed.

If you like a nice kitchen, this unit will be a nice treat for you. It has a very good size fridge for a rental. The fridge will deliver crystal clear water and ice on demand. (reverse osmosis system) The stove top is electric as is the oven. The quality of the appliances is very good. Dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. one would need to make terrific meals, and keep them fresh afterward. The nice appliances also carry over to the full size washer & dryer located in the laundry area off the kitchen. And the views while preparing those meals will delight anyone who enjoys cooking a nice meal.

The pictures of the condo are EXACTLY what the place and view look like. My family (husband, son 22 and daughter 20) were just as happy with condo as I was. LOTS of space, beds were super comfortable, views spectacular!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for quieter place to stay with easy transportation available to the downtown and busier restaurants/bars.

Best Place in Cancun

I don't usually write reviews about places I stay around the world but in this case I must make an exception. Four friends and I stayed at Tim's place in Cancun from Feb. 16 - 23 2010. We could not have asked for a better place. Three things stand out regarding this unit. The owner, who provided us with a vacation second to none. Tim is informative, reliable and most of all honest. He provided us with enough local information to move there and for that I thank him. Tim's staff were personable, friendly and just a phone call away. The second is the quality of the penthouse unit. There was ample space with all the comforts of home and a view that you have to see to believe. In my opinion it's the best view of the beach in Cancun. The third thing is the price. If you have a group or a large family you will love this unit. We actually saved money by renting this unit. For those of you out there who are skeptical, as i am you can't go wrong. Do yourself a favour and call or email Tim, your vacation will be easier to plan, easier to execute and you will have a much better experience in Cancun. In closing I just want to talk about security since it takes most of the headlines these days. The security at the hotel is exceptional and very tight. Hotel staff, local police and the military all play an important role in keeping patrons safe.. Being in Law Enforcement I can tell you without reservation, these people are on the ball. Extraordinary vacation location

Scheduling the condo was the first indication of how great the overall experience would be. We were able to receive quick responses to all of our questions prior to arriving. This made it very easy for our group to prepare for the trip. The management went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable upon arrival.

When we arrived we were very impressed with the hospitality and overall accommodations. The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

While we enjoyed the activities (pool, beach, etc) on-site, the condo was centrally located and a quick trip to many off-property activities.

In addition to the accommodations we had the best on-site service. Someone was available to help us with grocery runs and to educate us on the area.

The overall experience was much more than we ever expected. We would recommend this property to friends and would definitely go back

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
