Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
Located right in Winter Park, Wolf Park Townhomes is a tiny development surrounded by forest, so it feels like a friendly little village, not like a huge commercial condo complex.
Many things make our unit special:
- A large, outdoor hot tub on the second floor, in-floor radiant heating, and heated garage all replace the chill of winter with a glowing warmth!
- It's located at the end of the building, and laid out to maximize natural light
- None of the bedrooms share walls with each other or with the neighboring unit
- The most deck space of any unit in Wolf Park Townhomes (two large second-storey decks, both with views)
- The main living area is open and airy...perfect for socializing or relaxing; sleeping spaces are cozy and private, each with its own adjoining bathroom
- All furnishings and appliances are brand-new and upscale. In fact, it is so well equipped, that you really just need to bring your personal gear and effects (and don't forget swim suits)!
Wolf Park Townhomes has a lot to offer as well. During ski season, free shuttle buses stop right at the driveway to take you for a ten-minute drive to the base of the ski area. If you want to get away from it all, hundreds of miles of beautiful snowshoeing and cross-country skiing terrain begin right from the neighborhood.
In the summer, take a scenic bicycle ride to the resort, where you can enjoy a steady stream of festivals and other events. Or, stroll down a forested path to nearby Wolf Park, which features tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a newly refurbished playground, and more. If mountain biking is your cup of tea, you can access hundreds of miles of singletrack right from the townhouse, including the extensive Winter Park Resort trail network, and the trails of the Fat Tire Classic.
All year round, enjoy the Winter Park shops and restaurants just a short walk away, as well as a plethora of all-season recreational activities in the national forests and wilderness areas just out the back door.

About Joel Bradley
Joel and Carrie (and their daughters) live in Colorado Springs, and have a hard time deciding whether we like Winter Park more in the summer or in the winter! Co-Owner Bob has been friends with Joel since the mid-90s; he lives in Washington State, but gets out to Winter Park as often as he can. It's been fun sharing a second home since we purchased our townhouse, but the surprise has been all the nice folks we've met through renting our place to others.
Joel Bradley purchased this Townhome in 2006
Why Joel Bradley chose Winter Park
Wolf Park Townhomes has such an ideal location and a feeling of quality that it was an easy decision; it was even easy choosing our unit, because it was the brightest and airiest, and has all that extra balcony space. Winter Park has been our favorite place in the world to ski for many years so we already knew that's where we wanted to be. It's great being able to walk to Wolf Park and to Winter Park's shops and restaurants, to ride to mountain biking trails instead of having to drive, and to hop the shuttle to come back from the ski slopes for lunch if we want to. We also love the forest atmosphere, and the small, friendly feel of the complex.
What makes this Townhome unique
We love watching the trains from the large, second floor outdoor hot tub, and we enjoy the cozy, social atmosphere provided by the open floor plan and abundant windows. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom is HUGE too, the the in-floor heating is wonderful during ski season! We've also really enjoyed getting to know our neighbors, who have become friends even outside of our interactions in Winter Park.

This was our second year in a row to stay here - great for our group of seven. Amenities are great (if you like a private hot tub a lots of bathrooms!) and the location is super close to town and a short walk up the driveway to WP shuttle stop. Clothes dryer works very slowly so allow extra time for that, but everything else is as good as home or better. Thanks Joel!
we had a great stay overall at Bliss. It was comfortable, convenient, and well cared for!
Overall enjoyed our stay at Bliss very much. We shared the accommodations with one other family and it worked well. The layout is a good one for two families with small children, and is fairly safe and secure. The condo is right on the Orange line Lift to Winter Park which makes skiing low stress and easy logistically.
The owner is responsive and vested in providing a great stay. We had an issue with the private hot tub (which is awesome to have right out the kitchen on the back deck) and he responded right away and answered our questions.
One thing to note is that the hot tub does make some noise to keep the temperature up, and the Amtrak comes right through the back grounds of the condo and may wake light sleepers. Bring ear plugs!
We really enjoyed our stay!
Great Easter Break
Joel was really helpful! We had a great time at the condo over Easter holiday. The views are great from most of the rooms and the hot tub on the deck. The condo is very well appointed and set to just relax. You are easy walking distance to several restaurants. We spent most days sledding, playing in the snow, tubing, and soaking in the hot tub. The kids really enjoy it! Thanks so much. We'll stay there again.
Great location with easy access to Winter Park resort!
Great condo with all of the ammenities of home! Wonderful unit for a family, minutes away from skiing, shopping, and dining! Comfortably slept 6. 3.5 bathrooms, flat screen televisions with movie watching capabilities, and hot tub after a long day of skiing made our family vacation one to remember! 46" of snow during our stay did not hurt either! Highly recommend to families!!!
Family Fun @ The Bliss
We spent a wonderful active relaxing family vacation at Joel's 'Bliss Townhouse' two weeks ago. The first day we arrived late afternoon. It was easy to find and easy to access. Our two boys (3 and 9 years) were changed and out in the snow at once, playing with the sleds we've found and digging caves.
Joel was communicating with us in advance and throughout the 6 night stay very easily. Fast responses, not that we had that many questions... ;-)
What I especially liked that we felt that the Bradley Family really stays there quiet often, they even left some toys back, what my boys enjoyed. It was furnished and decorated with love and care, we felt at home at once.
After a day on the ski slope everybody was tired and we took a bath in the hot tub (we appreciated the detailed instructions to ensure it stays clean and enjoyable for everybody). We all were happy tired after a day outside in the fresh air. Thanks to the great kitchen we could easy make and enjoy homemade dinners. We usually wrapped up the evenings with a family movie. Well, our 3 years old didn't make it all the time to the end...
Thank you Bradley Family for sharing your place with us. We had a great time! We would like to come again after Christmas... Do you have space for us?
Thanks for the glowing review! It was particularly enjoyable working with you both during this whole process. From your review it sounds like you really captured what we enjoy about the place, and you're right: it's our second home, not an investment property---we stay there frequently and are always reluctant to leave. I'm glad that you appreciated our furnishings and decor, and the unwind time at the end of the day is one of the best parts! The holiday period is really special at West Portal, and I hope it works out just as well for your next stay later this year.
Awesome property in a great location
The owner was very responsive and everything was well coordinated for our stay. The unit worked out great. The unit was as described and very well maintained. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us, and the kitchen and large dinning room table was more then adequate space for meals. The ski bus to the base of winter park was very convenient as well. It was much easier than driving. The hot tub rocked. It was very nice to sit outside watching the alpenglow on the continental divide while recovering for a day of skiing. All in all I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommended. We'll be back!
Ian, thanks for the feedback. I'm glad that you enjoy our place so much and that it works so well for your group! We're always glad to hear that you want to return, and we'll look forward to hearing from you again next year.
