Recently built holiday house for 6 people with private swimming-pool on the outskirts of Draguignan.

Christine is a modern holiday house of 130m2 on a 2000m2 plot offering both great indoor and outdoor space. Located in a beautiful natural environment, between mountains and sea, this house is a great place to enjoy peaceful holidays and also an amazing starting point for many sport, culture and nature-based activities.

Location:

Conveniently located, going southward will take you to beautiful beaches such as St. Maxim, Frejus and St-Tropez, while going northward will lead you to the famous Gorges du Verdon, with its impressive canyon and the Lac St. Croix. Draguignan is about 1km from the house, therefore you will have access to all necessary amenities and services in walking distance.

Indoors:

The house can accommodate up to 6 people on 2 levels. The ground floor offers a large living/dining room with sofa bed (for 2 children), an equipped open kitchen, a utility room, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, guest toilets and 2 double bedrooms. You will find the 3rd bedroom, also with double bed, on the first floor; it is a very large room that occupies the whole floor and is provided with its own bathroom with shower and toilets.

On the east-facing side of the house there is a winter garden with glass front, which is very enjoyable especially during the cooler months, and offers a great frame for breakfasts.

Aircon (against a fee) in the living area and 1. floor bedroom.

Outdoors:

The entire patio area is spread over 2 levels. The terraces all face south, which procures beautiful sunsets, and offers together with the covered terrace (entered through large sliding doors) many options to find peacefulness and privacy or enjoying meals altogether, in the sun or in the shade.

For organizational reasons, the bedding should be ordered when booking, but no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
