The Villa is a typical stone Tuscan country house, divided in three cozy apartments, each of them furnished with ancient Tuscan furniture in the tradition of elegant Tuscan farmhouses. It is set on a low hill covered with olive-trees and cypresses and overlooking a beautiful countryside.

Location:

This apartment is in a strategic position, in the heart of Tuscany, in Larciano near Montecatini and Pistoia. The property is located within a kilometer of the nearest town and 6km to markets and shops.

Indoors:

Ulivi is a 65m2 apartment located at the first upper level, and which offers a 25 m2 balcony. The apartment is composed of a large living-room, an open and fully-equipped kitchen, an intermediate floor with two single beds (or three on request), and 1 bedroom with a double bed and finally a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a separate entrance and private stairs that lead to the large furnished terrace. It is just in front of the living-room and is partly covered.

Outdoors:

There is a communal swimming-pool, that is set in a beautiful position and is provided with umbrellas and deckchairs.

The whole property is surrounded by about 20.000 m2 of land, partly set as a park, offering a wonderful variety of plants and many Mediterranean bushes.
