Overall a great experience

Only issue was not able to get into condo w code they sent . And dryer didn’t work. But the place was spotless and convenient. Parking spaces are very tight…as they mention.

Great location, but a few unaddressed hiccups along the way...

The location can't be beat, but I think it's worth mentioning the hiccups we had throughout our trip. Upon arrival (11:45pm I might add) after a terribly long day of travel we arrived to find that our door code did not work. We called the 24/7 customer service number, to be on hold for 25min to talk to someone. They gave us a second code that finally worked. We had 4 guests staying in the property, but only had 3 pillows and 2 blankets. Plenty of sheets, but when we reached out asking for an additional pillow and an extra blanket or two, they said they would bring them but we did NOT receive them and we had no follow up communication regarding that request. Both bathroom sinks in the property did not drain. And the dryer did not work. Overall, we loved the location of the property and though the property was clean and beautiful, we feel that things could have gone a bit smoother.....
