The Costa Blanca ("white coast") extends over a 180 km long Mediterranean coast in southeastern Spain and is part of the Valencia region. Entspannung pur

Wir sind zu dritt angereist. Es war sehr einfach zu finden. Das Auto konnten wir sicher im umzäunten Parkbereich abstellen.

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, obwohl es spät Abend war. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben.

Man konnte windgeschützt draußen sitzen und sich erholen. :)

Besonders praktisch war die Raumaufteilung mit Zimmer und Bad für mich und meinen Partner und das andere Zimmer/Bad für den anderen Familienteil. Man hat seinen Rückzugsort.

Als Golfer hatten wir eine super Auswahl an Plätzen.

Würde ich wieder hinfahren!

Erholsamer Urlaub - Alles wie angegeben

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und in modernen Zustand. Auch die restliche Anlage ist modern und gepflegt. Alles in allem ist alles in einem Top Zustand und entspricht den Bildern.

Der Strand ist entweder mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Auch wenn wir das Golfangebot nur begrenzt genutzt haben, existiert das große Angebot an Golfplätzen und lädt auch dazu ein wiederzukommen.

Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen ALDI in 5 Minuten Laufentfernung. Wer es etwas größer mag kann eine gigantische Shopping-Mall (La Zenia Boulevard) in ca 10 Autominuten erreichen. Dort gibt es wirklich alles zu kaufen.

Alles in allem:

Die Aussagen über Lage, Einrichtung und Attraktionen sind korrekt und laden zu einem zweiten Urlaub ein.

The owner does not keep his promises, nor the home

1) We were very specific in our booking. We needed an functional Internet access for our work as soon as we arrived on Saturday evening. Actually, there was no Internet access in the accommodation and we had to wait until the next Monday for signing up with a local provider. As a result, an additional cost for us and an unexpected two days of work lost.

2) We asked before booking if the area was quiet. the response from the owner was YES. Actually, It is not at all as they are building and new big edifice next door. Our expected sea view turned into cranes view and workers working from Monday to Saturday, even late in the evening.

For resuming the situation of this accommodation, you will be living surrounded by a gigantic concrete jungle, which looks like a huge retirement residence.

Our opinion : run away !

Owner's Response: First of all please appologise my bad english. The comments of our guests is wantonly and not correct. 1. Our guests asked before booking if in the app. is internet. In the close information of FEWO (internet) is written that internet is prepared and has to be payed for activation to OLE. We thought that our guests have read this information so we answered that internet is in the app. Obvoiusly our guests did not read the closer information. This was not our fault. Beside that they told our agent that they have to use internet for their commercial use. We thougt they would make holidays. 2. Our guest asked us before booking if there is noise comming from the highway. Before giving our pp. to FEWO we checked the app. for many weeks to find out if we have to do something. There is no noise comming from the highway so we answered no noise from highway. 3. When we gave our app. tp FEWO there was no building construction started. Correct is that now there is working but the noisy works are finished and normal construction started. Since last year in spain began as before the crash in 2008 at every place with building constructions. So that is now nothing special and could take part at every place in spain. Our guests didnot critizised the noise from the works. They critizised that there are some cranes what is true. Not true ist that those cranes stopped the sea view. Correct is that those cranes are on the right (west) side but the sea is on the east side. Full view to south and east. 4. Our guests gave us no chance to talk to them because they totaly denied to talk with us. So we had no chance to appologise or to ask to compensate their additional costs for internet because they told our agent that there was nothing mentioned in the mails before booking. We are now in spain and i checked the noise. The working is approx. 100-200m away.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben hier eine

sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubswoche an der Costa Blanca verbracht.

Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Gerne haben wir

auch den schönen Pool in der gepflegten Anlage genutzt.

Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und

Restaurants.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir sind von dieser schönen, hellen und ruhigen Wohnung begeistert und

möchten diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Golfen, Strand und mehr

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Ruhige Anlage, saubere Ferienwohung, gemütliche Einrichtung. Pool, Meer und verschiedene Golfanlagen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und auch so hat alles super geklappt. Nur zu empfehlen
