Absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect and the surrounding businesses greeted us like friends. The view from the house is breath taking and there is so much to see nearby. Our stay was made easy since the owner provided many much needed items. Everything worked and there was a lot of information provide in a binder about attractions in Maine. Many thanks.

A little bit of heaven.
We loved this little spot right on Cundy's Harbor. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed watching the Ospreys and listening to the seals bark. What a peaceful place! We made some new friends and created some lasting memories. We will definitely return.
Clean and comfy
From the initial property inquiry with Jean, to handing over the keys at the end of the stay, everything went wonderfully well. Clean and comfy place to stay, larger in real life than photos. Lovely place to enjoy the water, its wildlife and the lobster boats. Thanks, Jean, for sharing your property with us.
The Perfectly Peaceful Getaway Spot
This location is perfect for us. It's very quiet and peaceful. About an hour from Portland and even less from Freeport for the shoppers or craft beer lovers. There is great seafood right down the street from this rental. The owners are great and very helpful when you have questions or an issue. This was our 4th year staying with them and plan to return next year as well!
Great, relaxing place to stay for a week.
The apartment was as advertised, the best of all is the view. We saw seals, egrets, cranes, Canadian geese and mallards. Nice location to go on day trips to view the midcoast. The only negative thing all week was the renters upstairs, they had two very noisy teens/preteens, we could hear them inside and outside.
Our visitors have always been considerate of the downstairs guests, so we are sorry to hear that this was not the case during your stay. We will take great care to be sure this does not happen again. We want every visit to be a lovely experience.
We have the perfect place to launch your kayak or canoe. Theater and Arts at Bowdoin College, 25 minutes to LL Bean (Freeport), Lots of day-trip opportunities to Kennebunk, Camden, Bath, Wiscasset, Portland and all of Mid-Coast Maine. Explore the rocks. Drive to wonderful nature and scenic walks nearby. Seafood restaurants of all kinds.
