Walk up to a Writer's Loft area above kitchen and use as additional sleeping area. Enter into Master Bedroom suite with large walk-in steam room shower.
Apartment above garage is the '4th' bedroom. Queen bed, queen pull-out sofa, dining table, full kitchen and bath with shower stall.

Gorgeous Pool Area: 40 foot by 12 foot gunite pool with dark Pebbletech finish. Natural gas heater. Pool is heated to 80 degrees.
Retractable cover keeps the heat in and the debris out! Cover control is lockable to control access by children. See onsite directions to operate the cover.
Pool area is surrounded by 6 foot high privacy fence and gorgeous plantings. Double width lounge with beautiful Sunbrella fabric over thick cushions. Lots of pillows to get comfortable for a summer snooze in the sunshine!
Yoga mats can be brought outside to use by the pool as you practice your poses with the outdoor music and natural birdsongs! Best way to start the day. (I recommend a steaming cup of coffee as well!)
Amazing gardens: 15 years of planning and developement went into the extensive garden plan. Large lawn on South side of house can accomodate croquet or soccer. Can easily accomodate a tent for special events. Mature and manicured cypress hedge provides lots of privacy from the street. Conservation area abuttment on North side adds to privacy. Formal boxwood and granite lined parterre is gorgeous and a great setting for cocktails. Beautiful perennial borders provide an abundance of deliciously scented flowers to cut and enjoy!
This was our primary residence until 2009 when opportunity arose to live in Provincetown, MA and share our gorgeous Brewster property with others.

This house is geographically situated in the center of all that Cape Cod has to offer. The location, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac offers low traffic and serenity.
Our home abuts town conservation area which adds to the quiet and secluded setting. An established, dense evergreen hedge also gives a very private feeling to the property. We are pet friendly so long as your animals are well-behaved and quiet for our neighbors.
We had 6 adults and a child (along with dogs) stay at the fabulous Compound at Sea Meadow a few weeks ago. The home is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are spectacular (including a perfect pool). The location is ideal and you're so close to everything. The hosts were vary responsive and everyone had such a great time that we're returning for another stay at the end of August. Would highly recommend this clean, beautiful, incredibly well stocked home for your getaway.
We had a great time at the compound -- it was s beautiful, clean, well-maintained home, that provided the perfect get away for our Labor Day week. Nothing was better than spending the day at the beach, jumping in the pool for a swim and ending our night relaxing on the couch watching movies. Though it was just 2 of us, plus 2 dogs, there's more than enough room for 3 - 4 couples and kids. Jay was the perfect host, always available to answer any questions -- thank you for sharing your home with us!
I stayed here with a group of 10 friends for a wedding weekend. The house was very well-maintained, the heated pool was amazing, and the amenities were extensive. There are good restaurants and stores nearby, and the immediate area is not heavily populated. I would definitely recommend this property!
The pictures and description of the home were right on target. We thought the property was magnificent. The house is well maintained including the pool. We would recommend the property. The owners were very responsive, helpful and fair. We loved the bike trails, beaches, restaurants. Loved the Cape! Perhaps if more then one person did the inside cleaning that would be more efficient. Hope to return one day!
Our extended family of 9 found this cottage and separate apartment to be perfect for our needs. The 4 teenagers enjoyed the privacy of the garage apartment and we found the cottage was designed extremely well with several living areas. It never felt small or crowded was very well appointed. The upstairs accommadations are best for 2 couples that are comfortable sharing a designer bathroom. The pool is larger than it appears in the picure and was a comfortable temperature and well-maintained. The grounds are a special treat with mature gardens that just relax the soul and ensure a surprising amount of privacy. The outdoor shower and hot tub are an added bonus. The location in Brewster is convenient. The beach is about a mile walk away (the only downside is the lack of a shoulder on the road). Within a 5 minute walk there are several interesting shops and a seafood/ice cream shop. The Cape Cod Rail trail is close by for biking but it would be best to drive to the trail rather than bike as the roads are not "family" bike friendly. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant, attractive and best maintained vacation rentals we have encountered and we would recommend it without reservation. The owner was very accessible by phone and a pleasure to deal with.
If you are looking for perfect in every way, stay here. We had 16 people at the pool almost every day. Grounds are amazing with beautiful landscape. They know what pampering is all about. Not one complaint to add.
