A rooftop terrace can be used for sunbathing. There are also sun loungers and a shared seating area. Nice appartment, third floor no lift.

We arrived and I had left my handbag containing my mobile in the transfer bus. We rang from a phone box and explained that we couldn't find

the apartment. Her daughter rang the taxi company and arranged that we would meet him later which we did. My credit cards and bank cards were

in the handbag and we are so grateful for their help. What lovely people.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhigem Ort

Das Apartment ist geräumig, gepflegt und sauber. Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (allerdings ohne Geschirrspüler), Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschrank, Bad mit Waschmaschine, schöner Balkon. Der Internetzugang mit WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Rasche und professionelle Bearbeitung meiner Buchungsanfrage, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang vor Ort, alles ohne Probleme. Ich war schon 2003 in diesem Haus, in einem anderen Apartment der gleichen Vermieterin, und war auch damals recht zufrieden.

Playa San Juan ist ein ruhiger, kleiner Ort auf der Sonnenseite der Insel. Es gibt genug Restaurants und einige Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, aber es ist bei weiten nicht so touristisch wie im Süden. Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, wo man auch leicht einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen findet. Den seitlichen Meerblick und die Strandnähe würde ich nicht so stark hervorheben wie im Inserat. Das Meer sieht man nur vom Balkon in etwa 300 Meter Entfernung – vom straßenseitigen Apartment so wie im (stark gezoomten) Foto des Inserats. Vom hofseitigen Apartment sieht man fast kein Meer. Zum Badestrand sind es zu Fuß gut 600 Meter, etwa 10 Minuten. Die meisten anderen auf FeWo-direkt angebotenen Apartments in Playa San Juan liegen näher zum Strand. Wer nicht schwimmen, sondern sich nur in die Sonne legen will, kann das aber auch schon 300 Meter vom Apartment an einem kleinen Strand tun – oder auf der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Dachterrasse.

Playa San Juan is a small seaside village of naturally grown. The climate is one of the sunny side in the Canaries. even in winter you can go here to bathe and we do not need heating. Life is still dominated by the everyday and the serenity of the locals. The word is tranquilly, has good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. all well at ground level and easily accessible. The bus goes around the corner. There are a few meters from the sea and the nearest beach is only 6 minutes. various stalls around, for example from Obama Hotel are within a few minutes. The location close to the Costa Adeje is very good. Man is fast in the city, however, has its rest in this small fishing village, Playa San Juan. Also for hiking the perfect base, as the National Park can be reached quickly.

Notes:
The location of Hausen with his 4, 2-room apartment is centrally located, but in a small service road. There are only a few meters from the sea. To beach 6 minutes. Many good shops are well within walking distance. A weekly market can visit one, a health food store is on site and also a pharmacy. The bus ride just around the corner from. A car is not absolutely necessary. Everything is on one level and the place has no steep streets.
