Spacious and ultra-quiet two-bedroom loft in the heart of the city. Super equipped in the best area. Three major subway lines within two blocks, walking distance from Penn Station, Union Square, NYU, the High Line, galleries, great restaurants, etc. 24/7 doorman building, furnished rooftop, valet, children's playroom, and meeting room. Surrounded by restaurants, gourmet shops, best brands boutiques plus suburb style shops. Luxury, space, and convenience all in one place.
The building has garage onsite (payed extra) and a WholeFoods store.
Great location for a week in Manhattan. Short walk to the subway which makes NYC easy to explore. Whole Foods in the building. Beautiful apt. Nice view of 7th Ave. and 1 WTC from the roof top. Visited 4 of the 5 boroughs w/ a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty. Broadway, The Bronx Zoo, Coney Island lunch at the BoatHouse, Central Park and the Met. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.
The apartment is huge for the NY standard, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you cold desire (air conditioner, dishwasher, microwave, glasses for wine, water ecc.The beds were cozy and the towels soft.) Then the location: in the real heart of the city, near a subway station and in an elegant building. Finally the owner:kind, helpful, really nice. If I'll return in NY I'll certainly stay in this apartment. And of course I'd recommend it to anyone. Last but not least in the ground floor of the building there is a big supermarket were you can find everything to eat, drink ecc and it's a real benefit when you go back tired in the evening!
Our family stayed in this beautiful apartment for three weeks. The apartment had everything you could need and was well appointed. A nice plus was Whole Foods located on the first floor of the building.
Antonieta was a pleasure to work with, we will definitely stay again if available.
Quite often internet rentals do not live up to expectations, but this one was far beyond our expectations.
We did spend a family vacation for a week in New York during summer.
The interior space of the apartment is huge for New-York standards and has the amenities of a luxury hotel. The kitchen and bathrooms are splendid and well equipped. The spaces are furnished with a lot of taste.
We did enjoy the calamity of the apartment after walks and visits in the city and made good use of the gourmet (wholefoods market) food store on the ground floor. It takes just a few minutes to get breakfast or to pick up excellent food for dinner.
We highly recommend this place.
