It was the most enjoyable stay we had anywhere and we are fairly well traveled.
This was by far one if the best stays we have had anywhere. The flat was exactly the way depicted. So comfortable and beautifully equipped. Si, the manager could not have been more helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! We can honesty say we were as comfortable here as we are at home. They thought of everything in putting the flat together. The location is second to none! If you are into walking you rarely need public transportation as everything wonderful is just steps away! The “noise” was not at all a factor. The flat is well insulated from outside noise. We would recommend this flat to anyone and everyone!!!!

Entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Si James met us and was extremely helpful. Apartment was spacious with an excellent location. Yes, there is construction very close but not at night, so quiet sleeping was never a problem. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!!

My family of 4 stayed in this apartment for a 10 day London vacation in mid-June 2018. It was perfect for us near West End and we took in 4 shows in addition to seeing many of the sites which London has to offer. It was quick to get to the Tube, many restaurants, shopping, a grocery store was not far. We walked to Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly, Leicester Square (for theater tickets, shopping and dining). It was great to have a nice living room area to relax after walking and touring all day. Even without air, the fans and breeze kept the room very comfortable. There is some noise in the area from the street traffic and construction, but it wasn't keeping us from sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped, laundry facilities were just down one floor, and help with anything was just a phone call away. Thank you to Si for your assistance! We would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends!

We had a little trouble finding the entrance due to construction in the area but once we figured it out we were good to go. Si was very helpful in that we had a very late check in. Via cell phone, he walked us through accessing the lock box key for entry to the flat. There was a lot of construction in the area but we were made aware of that before booking. The construction was not a problem for us because they usually didn't start until around 8 a.m. and they had stopped by the time we returned in the evening. The flat is located near public transit. Once construction is completed in the area the bus stop and tube are located almost right out the front door. Very convenient!! We were a little disappointed that the toilet in the main bathroom was very "sensitive" to flushing. We had to make use of the cloak room toilet most of the time which was extremely small. My husband is 6'4" so it was very inconvenient for him. Other than that inconvenience, over all the flat was clean and comfortable. We found it very easy to visit the major sights of London from this location. We enjoyed our stay and were glad that we decided to stay here instead of a hotel as we were in London for 8 nights. Local people were very friendly and helpful. We loved our visit to the beautiful city of London!!!
Super review, thank you. The toilet you mentioned is not too "sensitive", it is just that we put a warning on the wall not to overfill it with toilet paper. We haven't had any problems for years, but in the past it got blocked once or twice. Everybody has used it without a problem since 2010

I arrived early, so I needed early check in - Si was very helpful and allowed me to check in earlier and checkout later too.

The apartment is in a semi high-rise building on a small road called St Giles High Street, opposite the pretty St Giles in the Fields Church. This uniquely places the apartment at the direct meeting point of Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury + Holborn - in an area also known as Centrepoint, the West End + Theatreland.
The rooms overlook the intersection where the top of Charing Cross Road joins New Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Rd + Oxford Street (London's main shopping streets). There are views of East and West London in the distance, so you can get some terrific sunrises and sunsets!
On the doorstep: Supermarkets (Sainsbury, Morrisons, Waitrose, M&S Simply Food, Tesco), Newsagents, Boots Pharmacy, Starbucks, Cafe Nero, Foyles bookshop, Carphone Warehouse, Argos, numerous Restaurants, Bars, Convenience Stores + Cafes.
This is a fantastic location to be based!
Other Activities: 6x pools/gym/fitness centres from 2 to 8 min walk: Central YMCA; Oasis Sports Centre, Soho Gyms; CentrePoint; Canons Health Club; Jubille Hall
N E W S !: London Underground is rebuilding Tottenham Court Road Underground Station to relieve congestion, with a ticket hall nearly 6 times the current size, step free access and improved interchange. A new Crossrail line is being constructed, with services starting in 2019 providing 24 trains an hour. A new plazza is being created outside Centre Point. It will be great when finished, as tube journies from Heathrow will run direct to the apartment in 30 minutes - half the time it takes now! Please be aware that there is therefore construction work going on across the road, however we have had long let rentals in the building renew tenancies for 12 months, so it is not putting off renters. There may be WORKS going on (daytimes only) below the flat as new Restaurants are opening..
