This unit offers: Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, two flat screen TVs, cable, free Wi Fi, two king beds - with second bedroom option for two singles, two full bathrooms, generously equipped kitchen, kitchen island, and long lanai. The Mana Kai offers free parking and a laundry facility on this floor across from elevators. On-site amenities listed below. Please NOTE:

Front Master Bedroom Area is OPEN to the living room.

You have the option to reserve the unit without the second bedroom if you do not need the space and would like to procure further savings.

WE DO NOT separately reserve the second bedroom/bath suite as a hotel room.

The ocean and short path to the sands are immediately in view upon entering the lobby of the Mana Kai complex. Keawakapu Beach is known as one of the best swimming and snorkeling areas on Maui due to ease of access and variety of sea life.

You have many choices for activities: such as kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, lounging, walking miles along the beach, biking, scuba, snorkeling excursions, sunset and whale watching tours. The activities desk will assist with booking events, tours, golf, tennis, zip lining, luaus and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations for seven (7) nights or less require a 30 day notice of cancellation. Reservations for eight (8) nights or more require a 60 day notice of cancellation.

On-time notification will result in a full refund. When notice of cancellation is less than the required time, one-half of the reserve deposit or ten per cent of the total amount is withheld. A full refund will consequently be made when one-half of the vacated dates are reserved.

Guests who depart before end date of stay, will not receive a refund.

b. *Excessive Laundry – more than 6 loads is beyond scope of the clean fee.

c. *Excessive Time needed to perform depart clean:

When more than 4 hours is required for cleaning, it is beyond the scope of the clean fee.

d. *Stains: *Stains that require *special treatment and *time to treat. This applies to all linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, accent pillows, bedspreads, blankets, rugs/carpet and drapery.

e. Dry Cleaning Expense when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service.

f. Any outside professional clean and/or repair services deemed necessary to resolve *damages, *excessive soiling of flooring, carpet, furnishings, and drapery; which cannot be performed by Maui Cleaning Services.

*Note: The terms used above indicated by the asterisk* are understood to mean “beyond normal wear and tear.” In reference to cleaning, these terms are understood to mean beyond reasonable time and reasonable physical work allotted to and covered by the paid clean fees. We had a wonderful stay at 204 Mana Kai. Mana Kai is located on the beautiful Keawakapu beach, which offers great swimming and long beach walks in a beautiful setting. The beach is just a few steps from the building. Unit 204 has been tastefully renovated and decorated. It is equipped with everything you may need, and offers amazing views of the beach and ocean. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view. Couldn't get any closer to the water.

We loved our accommodations. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view was fabulous as we watched whales pass by. Excellent snorkeling directly in front of the Mana Kai. It was delightful. Some early morning noise from the restaurant below, but if you're an early riser, by 7:00 am, it wasn't a problem.

There is a sound proofing terrace roof - and usually you will not be disturbed with the sliding balcony doors closed. We hope you will visit us again very soon! I love this condo!

I looked high and low for somewhere wonderful for me and my family to stay in Maui. I looked at hotels, rental homes, airbnb, condos, etc. I wanted something beautiful, in a great location, and with an ocean view. This place was all of that, and more! It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but it was worth it. It's obvious that the owners put a lot of work and detail into their condo - clean, beautifully decorated, furnished, and well-appointed! I loved that my girls had their own bathroom too. We also had a nice long balcony that overlooked the beach and ocean, which allowed us to watch whales surface in the mornings. What a treat!

The beach at the condo is a nice, soft-sand beach and usually pretty busy, but it's a great place for snorkeling, and we found it fun to search all the rocks for critters early in the morning, while the tide was still out. There's also a pool, but we didn't use it while we were there.

The condo is located in Kihei, which is a really great location to be in. The weather was perfect for us in January, and we had easy access to all of the places we wanted to go (surf lessons, zip lining on Haleakala, Old Lahaina Luau, snorkeling with turtles, Paia, etc). Some were farther than others, but we were right in town and near the highways, which made it easier to get there.

Our vacation was one of the most fun I've had in a long time, and waking up to the smell and sound of ocean waves, having a nice bed to sleep in (semi-firm, but comfy), and having everything we needed just made it that much better. And, it was pretty quiet most of the time. I'm an insomniac and I was able to actually sleep here, which was incredible.

Thank you for keeping such a beautiful condo! I would love to return as soon as possible!

Perfect in every way!!!

From start to finish this was an amazing trip. The unit was better than described. The owners thought of everything. Sylvia was amazing and answered ALL my questions promptly. The property itself was fantastic, awesome beach, great snorkeling and prime location. There were 4 of us, 2 kids 11 &13. The kids could come and go as they pleased which gave my husband and I time to relax. Then there is that view! AMAZING!!! I would highly recomend without any hesitation!

This condo is perfect. The décor is beautiful, the view is gorgeous and the owners have supplied everything you might need. Mana Kai is extremely well maintained and there are restaurants, shops and activities downstairs or nearby if you go off property. It honestly is perfect. We are so happy we stayed here.

Gorgeous condo with incredible views!!!

My family stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and we couldn't believe how beautiful it was! The condo was perfect!!! The views were stunning and the decor was impeccable! Such attention to detail throughout! The owners thought of everything! We LOVED it! Great location in Kihei! The sandy beach was incredible for taking long walks! We enjoyed both restaurants, 5 Palms and Sarentos! Delicious food with beautiful views! What could be better than that?!!! We felt like the condo was a bargain (per night) considering everything that comes with it! It is spacious, elegant yet comfortable, spotlessly clean, has a fully stocked kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals (except the food of course)! And again...THE VIEWS!!! Wow! I must have taken a hundred pictures of the view! Thank you to the owners and managers for making our family vacation so special! We had the BEST week and the memories will last a lifetime!

When paying with credit or debit card, a 2.9% fee will be added to your total. For International Cards please add 4.9%. HomeAway Vacation Payment system now adds their own fees that we do not collect or receive. SAVE by paying with PREFERRED METHOD: Send cashier's/bank draft or personal check; in US dollars only please, mail direct to owner with tracking or registered mail. When reserving more than two or more months in advance, you may first send a reservation deposit, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reserve deposits start at $300.00. You may pay in full at any time before the 30 day due date. Cancellation: During Value Season, please notify us at least 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. During Peak Season - we require 60 days notice for full refund. Details provided upon request.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Minimum $300.00/ Approximately 10 % of Total Costs.
CLEAN FEES: One bedroom: Depart Clean 104.17; Mid Clean 52.08;Two bedrooms:Depart Clean 177.08; Mid Clean: 83.33. Mid Clean is automatically added for stays 7 nights or longer.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
