This unit has a contemporary tropical design enveloped in soothing colors, high quality finishes, furnishings, linens, and decor.

We believe that you will be at home and also enjoy that you are only a few steps away from a multitude of activities, all on site services, fitness and business centers, pool and lovely lawn/palm tree area touching the sand. .Exceptional views from the balcony extend over length of the beach to Makena Hill and out to islands of Molokini and Kahoolawe. This unit has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, two flat screen TVs, cable, free Wi Fi, two king beds and the option for two singles in the second bedroom; two full bathrooms, generously equipped kitchen, and full length lanai (balcony). The kitchen seats four around the island, and the lanai has two bar height tables and 4 bar height chairs that provide another space to relax and have meals..

Front master bedroom is open to the living room. There are two inside locking doors; establishing privacy from the second bedroom area..

You have the option to reserve the unit without the second bedroom if you do not need the space and would like to economize.

We do not reserve the second bedroom/bath as a hotel room. Therefore you will have complete privacy when reserving only the front main area. The second bed/bath will then be locked off.

NOTE: During Peak Season, we prefer to reserve the entire unit.

*This unit is designed to comfortably accommodate four occupants plus one child in crib or cot. No sofa sleeper. If you need a crib or other child/baby equipment, we will direct you to reputable rental providers.

Long beach walks and ocean activities are immediately accessible.

Keawakapu Beach is known as one of the best swimming and snorkeling areas on Maui due to calmer waves and variety of sea life.

You have many choices for activities nearby such as kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, lounging, biking, scuba, snorkeling excursions, sunset and whale watching tours. The activities desk will assist with information about what is being offered during your stay as well as booking events, tours, golf, tennis, zip lining, luaus and more.

BEACH TOWELS: Our inventory includes all linens and towels- please return to unit -not front desk. .

LAUNDRY: 2 large capacity washers and 2 dryers are located across from the elevators. Tokens for machines are $3.00 - available at front desk.

ACTIVITIES DESK: Convenience for reserving your activity choices.

THE SURF SHACK: On site rental services for beach equipment, water and sport activities. Inventory includes chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, surf and wave boards, bicycles, snorkeling gear, etc.

ZACKS DELI and Convenience Store: located on the lobby terrace level offers snacks, sandwiches, wraps, salads, lunch/dinner ala carte foods, water, ice, coffee, full assortment of sodas and drinks, gifts, supplies, toiletries, sunscreen, beach wear, beach accessories and toys, etc.

A reservation made 60 days or less prior to arrival date is due in full.. Reservations made in advance 90 days or more, may make installment payments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Applies to both Value and Peak Seasons.

Notification of cancellation is required 60 days prior to arrival. On-time notification will result in a full refund, minus an administration fee of ten per cent of total rents paid plus tax. (Hawaii TA tax 10.25 per cent and GE 4.166 per cent)

When cancellation occurs 31 to 59 days prior to arrival, refund will consist of 50% of rents and applicable tax, clean fees, and security deposit.

If cancellation occurs 30 days or less of arrival date, there will be no refund. There is exception if some or all of the dates you have cancelled are re-booked. A prorated refund will then be made including clean fee, security deposit, minus 10% of total rents plus tax.

Guests who depart during their stay will not receive a refund.

c. *Excessive Time needed to perform depart clean: Not beyond four hours.

d. Stains that require *special treatment and *time to treat: applies to all linens, towels, pillows, pillow cases and shams, accent pillows, bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and mattresses, rugs/carpet and drapery, and other surfaces such as counter tops, stove.

e. Dry Cleaning Expense when *soil or *staining cannot be removed by our clean service.

In our opinion our Unit 204 and the Mana Kai Maui Resort offers the best value encompassing the Maui experience combining breathtaking views, ambience, convenience, comforts of home, and versatility of the location. You have a multitude of experiences at your fingertips There is something for everyone. The beach is inviting for a first time ocean experience as well as for the seasoned scuba divers, snorkelers and wave boarders! If this is your first exposure to the ocean, please note safety information available at the resort front desk and ask local people, in the know, how to enter and exit the waves.

Favorite features of this property are that it is just a few steps to the waves, the pool, two restaurants, convenience store, lounging on the large lawn area, enjoying sunsets and whales in season from the lanai. This is just the beginning. of all there is to do. Long beach walks are a favorite activity as the beach extends for more than a mile and leads to pathways and more beaches to see lined with beautiful views in every direction. We enjoy drifting off to sleep and waking to the sound of the waves with the unforgettable views waiting to greet us. You are convenient to world class shops, art galleries, restaurants, and other resorts that offer much to see and do. Do you love golf or tennis? You are located near several courses and a tennis club. There is access to a marina a short walk away; for those sunset sails and other boat tours you want to experience. .

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!!

My husband and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks this month (October 2017) for our honeymoon. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. We stayed in a resort hotel in Maui last year and wanted to have a more comfortable setting (with a kitchen) during our longer honeymoon stay. Its located on Keawakapu Beach, walking distance from the local resort area in Wailea, so we already knew we loved the location. We really enjoyed our stay in Maui and having the comforts of home, being able to pick up some groceries, make our own food when we wanted to was a great benefit of staying in this unit. It was nice to find regular spices, oil, etc already stocked in the unit (not sure if this was left from previous guests?) along with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. There were chocolates on our pillows, fresh local fruit on the kitchen island, pineapple crush in the fridge. A lot of nice touches that made us feel really welcome. Some of the nice to have items may have been left from previous guests, and we did the same - left some sunscreen, cans of soda in the has a really nice family feel and you get the sense you're sharing a part of the bigger experience of being part of this unit's family. The property is well maintained, 5 palms restaraunt has great food and you couldn't ask for a better beach and countless local shops and restaurants down the road in Kihei.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy their stay in Maui! Thanks Barry and Sylvia for ensuring we had a fantastic honeymoon!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we were more than comfortable. The place was clean, well stocked, with all the amenities we could have needed. The condo included beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear which came in handy. The view of the beach from the condo was amazing. The thing we liked the most was the beach in front of this property. There was a small pool, surrounded by a larger grassy area with lounge chairs to sit in front of the beach. Being able to sit in a lounge chair over the grass instead of on the sand was very comfortable. And the area was never over crowded. Also, the beach itself had nice calm waves, clear water, and a large rocky area with decent snorkeling. Lots of beach activities to sign up for offered by the resort if your interested, extra cost of course, but readily available. Watching the sunset every evening on this beautiful beach made this stay totally worth it. We noticed the beach would clear out around 3pm everyday, and they start to get crowded again right before sunset around 5-6pm. Because of the nice sitting area with the grass over the sand, people would come from other areas just to enjoy the sunset on this beach.

We would definitely stay here again.

Would give more stars if I could!

We absolutely LOVED this spot! The unit itself is absolutely pristine, beautifully decorated, fabulous views, nice building, convenient location, restaurant and convenience store in building. We had the best time, the beach is calm at least half the day usually, we went every morning to the beach and did lots of other activities too. It was such a comfortable place to stay, plenty of room for us and our teen daughter. Highly recommend!

This unit was everything we ever wanted and more!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We walked in the beach everyday & witnessed the sunset every evening. My husband & son fished on the rocks right below our unit!! Kitchen had everything we needed - a home away from home that allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals when dining out got to be too much hassle. We enjoyed the snorkeling and endless sand right outside!

There is some construction that went on near our unit that was audible but we didn't stay in our unit for most of the day- we spend our time touring the island. Kihei is a wonderful little town. We had a chance to visit Hana through the eyes of someone who is from there.

I will definitely come back to this beautifully decorated unit in the future!!! I appreciated it being very clean because I'm a neat freak myself. My teenagers loved having their own space and my husband and I had our privacy!

Owner's Response: Thank you for noting features you appreciated. Our goal is your comfort so that your stay is carefree. There was intermittent work happening in the building completed in September. The workers do their best not be be invasive. Maintenance and remodeling are usually scheduled for summer months. We will let our guests know in advance; if and when we are made aware of any scheduled work.
