A lovely space: clean, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen. Easy to find, close to town, a short drive to the Yuba and swimming. We stayed as two families with young children and the space worked incredibly well for us!

Trip to Nevada City, CA
It is a nice home but needs some TLC. The sunroom which would have been very nice was so dirty with leaves and dirt that we couldn't use it. The bedroom doors all need either planning or WD40 as they are very noisy when opening/closing. The yards need some TLC even though it is early spring there were dead plants, etc. that could have been cleaned up.
