Good Location

This was a nice place. In the center of town with easy access to food delivery, car ride services and all the venues. It was clean, the decor was great and the right amount of space. If an option will stay again. Thank you Jayla 😊

One night stay.

Our communication between the management started off rocky. I almost thought it was a scam just because I kept getting the run around and not getting adequate communication or information from the management team. We finally received our information about the place to get in the day before we arrived felt more like hours before we arrived from our six hour drive. I’ve been going back and fourth with the manager about how I should be getting into the building. Also, where we should park due to two separate locations. I was previously reading reviews about others not being able to park or being towed. So I wanted to make sure before we got there that we had adequate parking and it wasn’t going to be a issue. When we arrived it was late and the door to get in the stair way is locked upon arrival. Which makes it difficult when you have a run of belongings with you and it raining out to get in a timely manner and not get soaked. When going through to find the room it’s a little difficult to find. But we finally found it after going up and down the elevator a few times. When arriving we walked in the door with a code and everything was as pictured in the photos, however there were a ton of stink bugs outside on the back porch. The apartment had a funny smell to it and we never used the shower due to it being yellow in the tub. Glad we only stayed one night. Overall, not the best location in town. But if your there for one night it’s not to terrible.Maybe work on sending info sooner

Central location

The place was very clean and well decorated. Central to most restaurants and attractions. Only issue was with using the code to access the building.

To many known issues

Problems Host knew the washer and dryer were not working properly. Kept us up for hours due to noise and took over 10 hours to wash and dry clothes. Gnats and ants were in the apartment, gnats were noticed on the first day and increasingly got worse by the days. Ants were found the last night/checkout morning all over bedside tables and in the closet. Which of course got into our suitcases. We received a $55 parking ticket on day 2, we were instructed to register the vehicle. Which was registered for seven days for our 6 day stay. I have to either pay the ticket or appeal the ticket. Overall cleanliness was OK. But could be better, looks like a rushed job. the walls could use some attention. There were belongings of other guests behind bedside tables. Hosts response/solutions Host was aware washer and dryer were not working properly but did not inform us until we brought forward the issue. Host was aware of the gnat problem & thought they had found a solution for them. Ants were not known about and I was offered $20 off my cleaning fee. After receiving the ticket Host said parking passes expire on day two…when the host knew it was a 6 day stay. This was never mentioned or posted in parking garage. Overall stay was a 4/10 won’t be staying here again or referring others.
