This beautiful spacious two bedroom apartment is situated in central Broadstairs, Where you can spend a lovely relaxing holiday on our long sandy beaches. The apartment offers a spacious entrance hall. A very impressive lounge/diner, a open fire place where you can spend some nice cosy nights in front of the fire, it also has a TV with DVD player. A fitted kitchen with all the necessaries. A modern bathroom suite with bath and shower and two double bedrooms.
There is allocated parking to the rear of the building. The flat features one double bed and two single beds. A folding bed, a cot and a high chair for small children are stored in a separate room, if needed.
The location is perfect as the apartment is close to the promenade and near shops. There are varieties of restaurants, cafes, pubs and ice cream parlours to choose from. There are beaches at Stone Bay and Dumpton Gap, which are lined with beach huts. The main sandy beach is at Viking Bay. The high street is refreshingly vibrant with a super selection of traditional shops and stores. There is a mainline railway station, library, Post Office and two metro supermarkets. Local bus routes are also close by and offer a regular service to the local shopping centre at Westwood Cross, as well as Margate and Ramsgate. The location Steeped in history, Broadstairs was predominantly a fishing village, prior to becoming one of the most popular seaside towns in Kent. In the middle of the 18th century farmers settled in Broadstairs and St Peters and the town expanded. Broadstairs is synonymous with Charles Dickens and his life and works are celebrated every year with Folk Week and The Dickens Festival. Bleak House overlooks the beautiful harbour at Viking Bay.

Great Property in a Great Location
We stayed here because it was local to family but we would return for a longer stay in the holidays. The flat was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. We particularly appreciated the open fire! It's within very easy walking distance of both the town centre and the beach (the beach is at the end of the road!) and having dedicated parking was a bonus.

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. The flat had everything we needed and more.
The location is perfect and you can see the sea from the front gate.

On arrival the apartment was clean and tidy. It is well equipped and spacious. Both bedrooms are double, one being especially huge!
5 mins walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach (Viking bay), also near a mini golf course, lovely restaurants and cute shops. Really enjoyed our stay
We had a lovely stay over the New Year and found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, which was helpful as we had cooked breakfasts and enjoyed a meal one evening. The location is good (just a short walk from the seafront) and there is a nice pub around the corner (The Wrotham Arms). We would recommend staying here and would be pleased to book it again in the future.

The property has good sized rooms throughout. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities too. We had a great stay with our 1 year old. Lots of carpet for her to play on.

Liebe Urlauber, ich vermiete diese Unterkunft erstmalig und werde sie auch selber weiter nutzen. Broadstairs ist einfach zu schön und meine Kinder lieben Strand und Burgen der Umgebung. Wenn Ihnen also etwas auffällt, was Sie für verbesserungswürdig halten, teilen Sie mir das bitte umgehend mit. Bekannte von mir leben im Haus und eventuell ist ja eine sofortige Nachbesserung möglich. Wir haben zwar versucht alles zu berücksichtigen, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Aber, man wird ja auch ein bisschen 'betriebsblind'.
