Spectacular villa in a quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at Ca´n Nicolas in Bonaire. The villa is wonderful and has lots of space, also a very well equipped kitchen. The pool area is heavenly and large, and you can enjoy both the sun or being in the shade.

The villa is situated on the top of Bonaire, which means steep hills. No problem in walking to and from the small harbour area which has some nice restaurants and a small supermarket, but it is smart to take it easy when walking back up the hill.

We rented cars and bikes and enjoyed lots of sightseeing in the area and to Pollenca/Formentor etc.

On the negative side was a very poor wifi-connection during our stay. This was attempted to be fixed after we addressed the issue, but did not improve enough. I am advised that the owner will take measures to improve the connection.

We loved the place and would visit again!

Owner's Response: Location: As the villa is situated at the top of the Paraiso de Bonaire hills (not quite Beverly Hills, but well on the way!) with fantastic views over the Tramuntana Mountains and the Bay of Pollensa, a car is essential. Internet: All solved! As the general internet reception in Bonaire was so poor, we invested heavily in an expensive, satellite internet system. It worked well until June this year, when major problems arose. We contacted Movistar (Telefonica) and persuaded them to install 300m (!) of fibre-optic cable from the villa to the nearest internet junction box. We have now installed (as, I think, the first in Bonaire) 50mbps high-speed fibre-optic internet. It has been in operation since 20 July and the results are superb. Added to this, we have installed a wifi extension (repeater) to ensure the same speeds in the master bedroom and elsewhere upstairs. It too is a great success.

A stunning villa in a superb location

I travelled with my wife, our adult children and their partners and the villa was perfect for a relaxing break. The interior spaces are modern , minimalist and cleverly arranged to accommodate changing levels. The master suite is enormous and two of the other three bedrooms have good en-suite facilities. We know the location well so for local beaches , restaurants and supermercado its ideal.

Aussicht und Ruhe

Wir haben einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub in diesem Haus gehabt.

Die Lage und Ausstattung zeichnen diese Villa aus, sodass man die Urlaubstage geniessen

kann. Die gute Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Berge, die ruhige Lage und der Komfort sind

hervorzuheben.

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, sowie die Beseitigung einiger Gebrauchsspuren wäre sinnvoll.

Die moderne Architektur des Hauses besticht, es fehlt nichts was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht.

Die Betreuung vom Vermieter war gewährleistet, auf Anfragen reagierte man prompt.

Entspannend und exklusiv

Das Haus befindet sich abseits von Pauschaltourismus in einem der schönsten Ecken von Mallorca, mitten im Pinienwald und trotzdem unweit (3 Autominuten) von der Altstadt Alcudia. Zwei wunderschöne kleine Buchten sind auch in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und ein Paar empfehlenswerte Restaurants (z.B. S'illot de la Victoria)

Das Haus Ist mindestens genau so schön wie auf den Bildern und verfügt über alle erdenklichen Utensilien für Strand, Sport und Freizeit. Die Kochliebhaber werden von der grossen, modern eingerichteten Küche begeistert sein. Die Terrasse mit den Pool, Garten und wunderschönen Aussichten war unser Lieblingsplatz.

Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Der Vermieter und der Hausmeister vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und standen immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Also, wir hatten unseren Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen und würden sie weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus!

Wir haben vom 09.06.-18.06. einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Zimmer, der Wohnbereich sowie der Aussenbereich mit Pool sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wohlfühlen pure! Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter Xavier war sehr gut und sehr zuvorkommend.
