Pets OK. Located in Historic Downtown Breckenridge, just two blocks from Main Street, 1 block from grocery store, Post Office, close to slopes and all the hotspots of Breckenridge! It is on the free resort shuttle route, and is a nicely decorated two-story Victorian Town Home with fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, flat screen TV DVD, Wifi and single car garage.
This spacious Victorian town home sleeps 6 and was has been updated, with new furniture, carpet, tile and kitchen. It has large living area with wood burning fireplace & vaulted ceilings! With a queen in the master, a jetted tub in master bath! A day bed/trundle sleeps 2 in the second room upstairs with a pull out sleeper for 2 in the living room. It is very accommodating for a large family with kids or 3 couples. The balcony overlooks the ski resort. A really nice condo in a great location! Looking for more space? I've owned and developed a number of resort properties as well. I've lived in Breckenridge, CO a total of 4 different times and hope to spend a much time as possible in Breckenridge. Our family has been huge skiers all our lives and we live to ski.

When we bought it, it was on a dirt road...2 blocks from Main St. We fell in love with the location, since you can walk just about anywhere in town in about 5 minutes. It has a great view of the ski resort and the Ten Mile Range. The shuttle picks you up very close to the condo and you are on the lift in less than 10 minutes. It's also right next to the elementary school (playground) and Carter Park. It's a great location and great views!
You are renting from a family owned property, but get to interact with Crystal, the property manager, who is fast and efficient. She will take good care of you and your family. If she does not know the answer to your questions or concerns, she will get in touch with me and we will answer the questions and do our best to solve problems. We are not perfect, but we try very hard to make your rental experience a memorable one.
Great condo, fantastic location walking distance to Main Street and ski slopes. Condo was clean with plenty of room. I cannot wait to book again.
The townhome was great. Well equipped and comfy. We brought our dogs which we greatly appreciate! We will likely stay here again! We skied and rode the blue route free ride. It was very easy! We went to Carter park daily for the dog park and sledding (free!). We walked to downtown Main Street for shopping and meals. We only drove to City Market for groceries. Thanks very much for a lovely place to stay!
We really appreciated the location; within walking distance to shopping restaurants and a short drive to great hiking. The decor is dated, but the TV was great. The unit was clean and towels were adequate. We made a last minute reservation only a few days prior to our planned arrival so I reached out by phone to request an quicker response than the 48 hours and did not get a response which was disappointing. Overall, a good value!
