Simply the Best! 💋

The apartment was exactly as described and Norbert couldn't have been a more gracious host. He informed us about cheap and secure parking, it just got better from there. The apartment was super clean, the bed a joy to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, the kitchen well equipped, nespresso was provided, and the trolley/subway system in Vienna is second to none making it very easy to get around. Thank you again, Norbert, for all your advice and guidance during our short but thorough meeting. You are the best!

Clean, nice property, a bit noisy

This is a clean and simple property for those who are looking for no-frills. It has one bedroom and a nice-sized living room. It's a very a short walk to the beautiful Schloss Belvedere and the Hotel Daniel, which is a very hip place to hang out for drinks and dinner. The one drawback were the trains passing by day and night. While others might not find this a problem, we found it difficult to sleep at night since the track repairs were conducted in the night. Parking is also a problem in this area, so if you are renting a car, it gets much more expensive. I've given the property an overall three stars, but would give it four stars on the value/money front in the Vienna area if you're not driving.

Very efficient, clean business accommodations

Close to the Belvedere and the 71 tram,

this apartment works but doesnt have a

lot of soul if that is what you need to recharge

your batteries.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr feine, helle und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

5 Minuten Fußweg zum Park Belvedere, zu S-Bahn und zu Straßenbahn - dadurch perfekte Anbindung zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.

Optimal für einen kurzen Stadturlaub für eine kleine Familie mit dem Schulkind sowie für die älteren Leute

Die Wohnung war i. O.

Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings in einem Altbau.

Als Ortsunkundiger sollte man auch die Wiener Parkregeln kennen.

Also mit dem Auto nach der Anreise in ein P+R Parkhaus fahren.

Sonst erreicht man alles schnell mit 2 Straßenbahnen und einer S-Bahn.
