The apartment is located in Fuengirola in a 4 star hotel (Las Palmeras) on the 6th floor with elevator, directly in the first beach line about 20m from the kilometer-long sandy beach.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, safe, and two windows with sea views.

The bright spacious living area with open kitchen has a large flat - satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a pull-out couch, for an additional 2 persons.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped. From the living area you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with a beautiful wide sea view.

On the terrace glass curtains are installed, which can be fully open. Otherwise there is a new fridge and a grill on the terrace. The entire apartment has air conditioning (hot, cold). A safe is available. For larger groups there is the possibility of renting a studio (2433572) in the same hotel (slightly cheaper).

The key handover on site by the landlord personally.

A Holiday rental at its best....enjoyed a month in this well appointed, sparkling clean apartment rental with Paseo Marítimo, beach, restaurants all at your doorstep. An easy walk from train station that brings you into Fuengirola directly from Málaga airport. Phenomenal morning sunrises over the sea and stunning views to enjoy in every direction. Floor plan is well laid out, with small but efficient bedroom and washroom, leaving the kitchen / living area roomy and comfortable, complete with large tv / satellite and internet as well as a spacious balcony with glass "curtains" that open completely when desired. Owners easy to contact, friendly, eager to please and punctual with key handovers. Looking forward to renting this unit again for a month in 2018!! :-)

Really good

Spent Christmas and new year in this apartment Roberts dad came to meet us and showed us everything ,excellent wifi great satellite TV

We didn't cook but if you did there was a huge range of crockery cutlery glasses and equipment. the apartment is clean and tidy lovely view of the marina a good sized glassed in terrace with table and chairs loved sitting there other reviews have commented on the size of bedroom and bathroom but it was more than adequate and loads of coat hangers,great!!

Even umbrellas provided

Overall a very good apartment to stay in within a nice hotel and central for everything. Thank you Robert and your mum and dad

Nice apartement with great seaview for 2 persons

Nice and clean apartement. The wi-fi was perfect and stabil. Overall a modern and good place to spend the holiday. We missed a vacuum cleaner, with this it woud be easier to keep the apartement clean. Unfortunately the beds was terrible, so they shoud be replaced ! Everthing else was great.

Stunning view well appointed flat

We had a marvellous time in this beauriful apartment The view on the balcony which can be open or closed is tremendous. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need apart from a garlic press 😎Very comfy beds in a small but functional bedroom. Would have been 5 out of 5 but there us noise in the early hours from the clubs below but not too bad. We will definetely return which says it all. Also terrfic comuinication from Robert ( the owner) Many thanks for a great long weekend. We will be back. Ewan & Sharon

séjour à fuengirola

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce ( sauf en ce qui concerne le garage),bien situé avec superbe vue sur le port.Il est bien agencé,le salon avec cuisine ouverte est spacieux,la terrasse est très agréable,très bien situé.Par contre difficile de communiquer avec les propriétaires qui ne parlent qu'allemand bien qu'on ai réussi quand même à se comprendre pour l'essentiel,,ce sont des propriétaires très agréables.Le seul bémol c'est le garage car il était stipulé dans l'annonce que l'on pouvait ,moyennant supplément avoir un garage de l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas le cas les garages de l'hôtel sont réservés aux clients de l'hôtel et pas aux clients des appartements privés.Mais bon on a réussi a se débrouiller.

Pour résumer je recommande quand même cet appartement,
