This charming, air-conditioned (hot & cold in all rooms), TOP-equipped, bright old town penthouse on two floors is 140 square meters and has only just recently renovated (in rentals since April 2015) and is located in heart of the old town of Palma on the town square Plaza Cort in the shopping street Carrer de Jaume II.!

The penthouse is newly renovated (April 2015), fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 guest toilet, an open kitchen and a large living room with dining area. In the Artico 4 people can stay at 2 x 1.80 large beds in 2 bedrooms.

The apartment is centrally located in an absolute top location and has in their environment everything your heart desires within walking distance: arts & culture, cafes, bars & restaurants, boutiques & department stores, sight & seeing, market halls and supermarkets, beaches & marina, biking, jogging and skating and perfect public transport connections to Palma, but also for the whole island!

On request you can rent a underground parking (or two). You find the special rates for the parking under the tab '' location''!

+++ PAYMENT:

- No deposit !!! Due to the great experience in the past, I wish for no deposit! Everything works with trust and confidence!

+++ CHECK-IN: Please note that basically the Check-In time is 16:00h!

If there is no arriving and leaving (hot cleaning) of guests at the same day, you can check-in earlier for sure ;-)!

please ask in that case for an earlier check-in!

+++ CHECK-OUT: The Check-out time is 11:00h at your date of departure.

BUT: On the other side we can save your luggage when you are arriving early or leaving late!

The Artico has a living area with living room, dining area, the kitchen and a guest toilet. The staircase then leads to the sleeping area with the master bedroom with flat screen TV, the guest bedroom and the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee & Nespresso machine, toaster, pots & cutlery, glasses and porcelain. The apartment is fully-air-conditioned in all rooms and renovated up to date. The tastefully decorated living area has a dining table for 5 people, 5 sofa seats and is equipped with a 47 inch LG flat screen TV / SAT and free WIFI. Similarly, the apartment has an ironing station, washing machine and is equipped with towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, fabric softener and hand soap. Also can be provided free of charge on request 1 cot and 1 high chair!

A wonderful stay in central Palma!

Beautiful property in the perfect location! Spotlessly clean with all amenities. The stairs are rather steep but there aren't many of them and this didn't cause any issues for our group what so ever (including 2 60 year olds)

The apartment felt safe and comfortable at all times!

Spacious and atmospheric

Good location, well-equipped, very quiet, comfortable beds, comfortable living room, very spacious on 2 floors. Stairs from the street to the apartment are a big challenge particularly with large bags and perhaps almost inaccessible to anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. The interior stairs were also somewhat of a challenge. Alexander was very responsive and helpful around any issues that arose.

Stylish apartment right in action.

The positives ... The apartment has a brilliant location and is stylishly furnished, urban chic ! The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom has a decent shower and the wifi and TVs are good. The negatives .. One drawback of staying in the middle of old town is it can be quite noisy , the bedrooms face the street and we did find it noisy even out of season that said the convenience of staying central wins out. There was building work taking place nearby and the start early.. the stairs up to the apartment were steep and badly lit ( not sure if there were lights not working) the door from the street did not close and there was no chain on the apartment door within. Maybe security is not an issue in this area but I would have felt more secure had these things been in place.

All in all we had a lovely few days staying in Palma and would stay again.

Positives und Negatives..

Leider nicht ganz so wie auf den bildern, die Treppe zum Eingang ist extem steil und schmal (mit Einkäufen oder nachts nicht so toll) im grossen Schlafzimmer ist die Lüftung vom Restaurant darunter so laut dass man nicht schlafen kann.. alles eher niedrig, für einen grossen mann definitiv so dass er oft den kopf einziehen muss. ansonsten gut, alles sauber und sehr zentral..julia war immer nett und hilfsbereit.

bon séjour mais attention aux escaliers

L’appartement est très bien aménagé et bien placé au centre-ville , bonne literie, belle salle de bain, bonnes fournitures ... ..Par contre l’ acces a l’appartement est vraiment difficile :les escaliers d’ accès sont énormément étroites et raides ( attention les gens soufrant du vertige et aussi celles qui ne sont pas en forme) .

Je trouve que ce n’ est pas correcte pour le propriétaire de ne pas le signaler.

Une fois habitués aux escaliers, tout s’ est bien passé.

These costs are paid by you directly to the parking garage here on the spot! The vehicle and people are then insured, even the car park is under camera surveillance and open 24 hours! The garage is located about 3 minutes on foot from the apartment!
