Unprofessional to the max

It was horrible, check in was at 3pm didn’t get a chance to check in until 10pm. A pipe burst in the place, didn’t find out until we were calling to check in. Also the unit wasn’t even cleaned so that took hours to do. We supposed to have gotten a refund for the first night. Never got it, never heard from these people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying with this host.
