Townhome, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

Days spent along the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, watching the water change colors from green to blue, spotting the dolphins, pelicans, and seagulls are treasured moments you'll want to save in your scrap book forever. Bring your bikes to ride the bike path or enjoy a daily walk or run on the multi-use path that runs the length of the Island.

This Southern Breeze Townhome is a beautiful gulf front, 1 bedroom, 1 1/12 bath, built in 2008. Although the unit is pet friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach along the Gulf of Mexico. There is a dog park on the Gulf of Mexico about 10 miles down the beach and you can walk them along the multi-use path or along Santa Rosa Sound .

About Terri

I first moved to Navarre Beach in 1991. Every time I across over the bridge to Navarre Beach, the view nearly takes my breath away. It's truly a little paradise. I bought Southern Breeze in 1996, lost it to Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and rebuilt Southern Breeze in 2008. Now it is more beautiful and better than ever. There was a silver lining after all.

Terri purchased this townhome in 1996

Why Terri chose Navarre Beach

I bought Southern Breeze in 1997 and rebuilt it in 2007. It was a dream of mine to be able to spend as much time on the Gulf of Mexico as possible.

SLICE OF HEAVEN

  • 5 of 5

This was our first trip to the beach, and we really enjoyed the condo's privacy over a high rise condo. Spent the day collecting sea shells and walking on the beach, we saw Dolphins everyday! The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen area to cook with, having a washer and dryer was good to keep up with the laundry. It was great to be able to bring our pet with us, that made the vacation much more enjoyable, We will definitely stay here again!

Another wonderful, carefree stay!

  • 5 of 5

We were a bit upset with what we saw upon arrival...until we discovered what was happening! The beach was full of large metal pipes and bulldozers! We were ready to go elsewhere until we were told by one of the renters that the beach was being reclaimed! By the next morning all the pipes adn equipment were much further down the beach and the"new" beach was back in business! As an added bonus, there were shells everywhere! The barge off shore was pumping sand off of the ocean bottom and the pipes were blasting it out and the doziers were spreading it! Ended up being a daily attraction watching their progress and seeing the beach double...or tipple...in size!

We were very pleased (as usual) with Terri's townhome...all was as advertised and very well appointed. The Navarre Beach area is always a winner...we love being there. It is so laid-back and peaceful! I have recommended this area and Terri Savoie in particular to several family and friends.

We always have a grand selection of places to eat...locally our hangout has become the Shrimp Basket for lunches. We enjoyed exploring Fort Pickens this trip...the eagles were nesting!

We will be back as soon as possible!

Stunning view and sugar sand beach.

  • 5 of 5

Terri has it all! Beautiful view and a stunning sugar sand beach that is uncrowded and stretches for miles. Her home is very comfortable and she has every thing you need to make your stay one you will want to do again and again. The Island is charming and there are many yummy restaurants just down the road. Our stay was perfect and our vacation very relaxing. Terri's town home beats a high rise hands down!

Very relaxing

Great place to stay if you are looking to get away and just relax. The deck is awesome and we had the best time just sitting out there enjoying the view and listening to the waves. You will not be disappointed with this place!

I love this place and this beach. Will keep returning.

  • 5 of 5

I love Terri's place. It reminds me of the way Florida used to be. Navarre is quiet and beautiful, with plenty to do. If you have a pet with you, there is a wonderful bike path across the street to walk. There is also a small dog beach right down the road as you approach Pensacola beach. The drive from Terri's condo to Pensacola beach is 10 miles of beautiful National seashore.

I suggest reading Terri's description of what you should bring with you for your stay. We came prepared with extra Toilet paper, sponge for the sink, hand soap, etc. If you do not feel like packing all of these extra supplies, there is a great store right across the small bridge on the mainland.

The condo has a balcony for the living room area and in the bedroom. If you crack the door a few inches, you can hear the sound of the waves all night long. If you are into fishing, the pier is just a mile down the road. We brought binoculars and from our balcony, could see if they were catching or not. The bedroom balcony was also a great spot to watch the dolphins swimming down the coast. On rainy days, they would feed on the surface in large groups.

We always have a very relaxing stay there. We love this place and will be back as soon as we can. Thanks for everything Terri! : )

Wonderful Place Beautiful view!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at Southern Breeze Gulf Front Townhouse. The House as nice. The upstairs bed is very comfortable . The kitchen was spacious and clean. It was also nice having our own walkway to the beach. The view from upstairs or the main floor is spectacular. We will most Definitely stay there again.

The multi-use path on Navarre Beach is my favorite amenity. Sometimes I walk, sometimes I ride my bike and the scenery is awesome.

Walking out on the Longest Fishing Pier on the Gulf here on Navarre Beach and watching the fishermen is another favorite thing to do. Rent fishing equipment there and join in the fun.

I also Love the sunsets at Juana's Pogoda's. It's also entertaining in the summer to watch the volleyball tournaments there and usually they have live bands on the weekends.

The Navarre Chamber hosts free concerts at the foot of the bridge on Thursday nights in the summer, and Pensacola Beach hosts free concerts on the gulf on Tuesday nights. It's a beautiful 20 minute drive through the National Seashore to shop, eat, and see other places on Pensacola Beach as well. Another must see while you're here is the Naval Museum in Pensacola, Home of the Blue Angels.

Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary located 300 feet east of the last pavilion in 9-12 feet water. Rent a Kayak to it and snorkel

Have a sandwich at TC's Front Porch right there on the Gulf next to the Fishing Pier.

Rent a kayak for the day and kayak along the Gulf of Mexico. Kayak or snorkel to the Marine Sanctuary in the Gulf of Mexico. Located 300 ft east of the Most eastern pavilion, in 9ft-12ft deep water.

Rent Jet Skis, Sail Boats, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Surf Boards & Boogie Boards. Lessons available.

Go to the Blue Angel Naval Museum in Pensacola.

Visit The Zoo in Gulf Breezea Free Flight Aviary, in which budgies (parakeets) perch on visitors' hands, hats, heads and shoes as they nibble treat sticks. The zoo's meandering and well-groomed path leads roaming visitors to primates, large cats, bears, birds, a petting area, a giraffe feeding station, and indoor reptile and bat exhibits. A mini-train runs every hour on the half hour ($3), allowing up close views of larger animals, such as hippopotamuses, gorillas and chimpanzees.

Visit Club Pagodas, Juana's New Dance Club, Sports Bar and Event Hall.

Go Deep Sea Fishing. Charter boats available on Pensacola Beach.

Dive the USS Oriskany, the World's Largest Artificial Reef! Located off Pensacola Beach.
