About this property

1 mile to Craigville Beach with Beach Pass and A/C!

Take a 90 second car ride to one of most popular beaches on Cape Cod! A beach pass gives you access to all of the beaches in the town of Barnstable including Craigville, Dowse's, Kalmath, Sea St., Veteran's and more!

This beautifully landscaped two bedroom, one and a half bath ranch in Hyannis has been recently updated and everything in the house is either brand new or renovated. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach is a mile away. Quiet street but close to it all. Main St and ferries are less than 3 miles away!

Brand new main bath, plus a brand new half bath. The large, eat-in kitchen was just renovated and fitted with all new stainless steel appliances. It’s a great place to sip your morning coffee and watch the birds. There is a pantry off the kitchen to store your food which leads out to a new deck with a Weber propane grill.

Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, the home features a large primary bedroom with a new (very comfortable) queen bed (60" x 80") and a smaller bedroom with two new twins. We also have a Pack n Play for the little one. There is a formal living room for chatting before you head out to Main St. Hyannis for dinner or recap the day’s adventures. There is an enormous great room with six large windows, two skylights and two sliders to provide a ton of natural light. In this room you will find a farmhouse dining table for 6, a large sofa, coffee table and big Smart TV plus puzzles for the occasional rainy day. The sliders lead out to a large deck on one side and another large, new deck on the other. There is a new, professionally designed and landscaped backyard with a new patio and fire pit for toasting marshmallows and listening to the crickets at night. There is also a pergola with plenty of patio furniture to relax. And of course, there is a brand new, requisite, Cape Cod outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. If you need to get some work done, there is a desk and chair with a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Hook up to your laptop with a HDMI port and check in so the boss knows you are “working from home.” Feel free to bring your bikes!

The home is centrally located – Craigville beach is a mile away and Four Seas Ice Cream is two miles! You are ONE mile away from a local brewery, supermarket, pharmacy, mini-golf, ice cream, a fantastic laundromat (drop it off in the morning, pick it up in the afternoon – folded and smelling good for about $15), two pizza places and much more. Go two and half miles the other way and you are on Main St. Hyannis with excellent restaurants, bars, quaint boutiques and many shopping options. The ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard are only 2.5 miles away at Hyannis Harbor. This house is in the best location – close to everything, but still a quiet oasis. Speaking of quiet: absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted including cookouts and Bachelor/Bachelorette. Only the guests who reserved the house are allowed to stay overnight.

Note: Loss, theft or revocation of beach pass will result in a $500 fee.

Amazing!
I am not new to Vrbo and one thing I found to be true with each stay is, the pictures are always better on the web site..definitely NOT true, the photos did not do this home justice! This house is spacious and immaculately clean. The owner is unbelievably considerate, linens and towels at each sleeping bed, coffee pods, and even bug repellent was available I could keep going because this experience was the best I have had. Just one thing and that is it does not have a queen size bed, pretty tight sleeping 2 adults. So look at the profile and know that it is better than pictured.

Perfect house for Cape Cod exploring
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the wonderful Cape Cod house. Quiet neighborhood and the house is beautifully decorated. Had all essentials and lots of room for a family of four to lounge and have space. Perfect location to downtown Hyannis, Nantucket ferry or drive up to Provincetown. Ate dinner at the house and kitchen was perfect and well stocked. Michael was exceptionally responsive and accommodating - had just installed AC before we came, which was needed due to unprecedented heat wave. Overall cannot say enough about the house and highly recommend! We will be back.

Great vacation stay
We had a great time! The home is clean, fresh, comfortable and well-equipped. Outdoor space was the best with grill and table, fire pit area, outdoor shower and shed with beach items. We rode our bicycles to the beach, to town and to the Nantucket ferry.. Also easy access to Upper Cape towns and beaches. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with helpful information. Highly recommend!

I am native to Massachusetts and grew up on the South Shore between the Cape and Boston. I moved to Colorado 25 years ago and recently came back home. I love the Cape and all it has to offer. When I am not working as a marketing professional, you can find me chasing stripers all over the peninsula.
