Exceptional location and property in Punta Mita!
Our vacation in Punta Mita was wonderful due to this exceptional property. The location of this spacious home with swimming pool and the amenities in the neighborhood including tennis court, pickle ball courts, workout gym and the “Casa Club” — the club house with an infinity pool and palapa directly on the beach made our week! Richard was super communicative and was helpful with our questions, he went out of his way to assist us and the entire experience was excellent! We cooked at home, walked to some of the restaurants along the beach, and went into the town of Punta Mita for occasional dinners. The beach is beautiful and definitely the longest white sand beach in the area, great for swimming and morning walks. My husband and kids surfed different breaks including Los Veneros break which was a short walk down the beach. The locals were super friendly everywhere we went. We hired a boat to the Marietas Islands — highly recommend the excursion which luckily included whale sighting and snorkeling, coupled with the history of the area. We spent most of our days at the beaches and it was always nice to end the day watching the sunset at the Casa Club or strolling down the beach. We would definitely come back to this amazing spot, thank you Richard for sharing your lovely home with us! the Hodges family
