The apartment is on the ground floor. In addition to the main room with dining and sitting area (= second double bed) and the subsequent open kitchen with gas hob, fridge freezer and coffee (ital. The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building with 26 residential units in a spacious condominium with four houses. These are surrounded by a well maintained park-like garden with olive trees, oleander bushes, pine trees and plenty of space on the lawn directly between the houses. Facilities include a swimming and boat dock and an electric motor slipway for boats up to a length of 6.50 meters. Buoys can be rented on the town Manerba and the boat service Rolly Nautica.
The fine pebble beach slopes gently into the lake, which is why smaller vacationers who are not so sure even in swimming, feel comfortable.
Manerba del Garda is one of seven vibrant communities of Valtenesi, the area between Desenzano and Salo on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. Both cities are approximately 10 km away and are worthwhile for the market visit, a shopping trip or an evening sundowner. But also in the surrounding communities is much to discover.
The various districts of Manerba who despite all development for tourism retains many original characteristics and traditions.
Besides tourism, wine and olive oil production is an important economic factor in the region. Within a few kilometers there are a variety of award-winning wineries and partially oil mills to discover. A tasting is always worthwhile.

Die Mietpreise beziehen sich auf eine Belegung mit zwei Personen, jeder zusätzliche Gast (bis max. 4) muss leider angesichts der hohen Versorgerpreise mit weiteren 5,- EUR pro Tag berechnet werden. Diese Regelung gilt nicht für Kinder unter 10 Jahren.
Die kostenpflichtige Endreinigung (50€) ist obligatorisch und vor Ort zu bezahlen.
Bei der Buchung ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 150,- EUR zu hinterlegen, die bei beanstandungsfreier Abnahme der Wohnung wieder erstattet wird.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Rauchen bitte nur auf der Terrasse.
