Our new apartments located in the attic of a private house, and it is ideal for families or groups up to 8 people.

Take advantage of the quiet location (10 minutes from the center) in the summer as the ideal starting point for hikes in the Dolomites and in winter for winter sports (ski bus stop).

The apartment has a balcony with beautiful views and access to a garden with deck chairs, sand pit and trampoline.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and offers the following:

1 double bedroom (+ ev. Cot), with access to the balcony

1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed

1 bathroom with tub / shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer

Lägenhet över förväntan

Fantastiskt fin lägenhet som överträffade vår förväntan. Vid ankomst möttes vi av trevliga fru Moroder som informerade oss om lägenheten och svarade på våra frågor. Mycket fräsch lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök. Ett masterbedroom, ett rum med fyra bäddar samt bäddsoffa i vardagsrum/kök. Balkong med sittplatser med utsikt över dalen. Gångavstånd upp från centrum, helt OK under sommartid. Perfekt som utgångspunkt för vandring. Rekommenderas!

Sehr ruhige Wohnung. Großzügig, hell, gut eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Lage im Grödnertal ermöglicht vielfältige Aktivitäten in der Nähe, aber auch in der ganzen Provinz.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Liegt oben unter dem Dach und von der Straße bis oben sind es ein paar Treppen zu gehen (für uns kein Problem). Vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Alle Räume, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und der Wohn- Essbereich sind sehr geräumig. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kartoffelstampfer, Salatschüssel und Schnapsgläschen haben wir vermisst. Skibushaltestelle liegt ca. 100m entfernt. Der Bus fährt Morgens und Nachmittags ca. alle 45 Minuten zur Seceda und in den Ort. Mit normalem Schuhwerk geht man ca. 8 Minuten bis in den Ort.
