HUGE 2-BED, 2.5 BATH @ 1236 SQ FT, main room ALONE is 600 sq ft and very open concept so everyone gets to view the beach. ~

Closer the dates, lower the rates so don't be afraid to ask for discounts if you're 14 days from arrival or sooner. DATES: Since we don't force weekly, during peak seasons when there are 3, 4, 5, or 6-night gaps, you MUST take the entire gap, not just part of the gap. *Beach Access: Public beach access across the street with boardwalk, shower, portable toilet, trash cans. Just bring your own beach towels and umbrella for the beach. Also, public dock on back side for easy access to lagoon.

WE PROVIDE: very nice linens (but bring your own beach towels), and starter supplies of a roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, hand soap, dishwashing soap and electric dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent for towels.

YOU BRING: umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, SUNSCREEN, personal grooming items.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: With 8-mile long Little Lagoon behind us, you'll have views in EVERY direction. There is a small dock over Little Lagoon, perfect for fishing, crabbing, and for young kids to tool around and chase hermit crabs. About 3 blocks west of us, you'll find the Pass, where Little Lagoon connects to the Gulf. This is a perfect fishing area, with shallow waters and then a drop-off. You can wade-fish for speckled trout, flounder, redfish, etc. The island beach area that forms in the pass is wonderful for skimming, and for toddlers/non-swimmers since it is shallow, protected swimming waters.

LOCATION: 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive plus super Wal-mart, Rouse's Market, multiple convenience stores, General Dollar, fast food, souvenir shops, fast food, etc!

Activities close by:

~The pass is 3 blocks down, which connects the Lagoon behind us to the Gulf in front of us, great fishing, wading, shallow, protected waters for younger kids, hermit crabs, minnows, crabbing, etc.

~The Zoo

~Putt Putt

~Go-kart track/bungee jumping at The Track, new zip line center at State Park about 5 minutes away

~ Gulf State Park fishing pier - 1540 feet long!

About Dana Flynn, Beach Condos

I was born and raised in Pensacola, next town over and grew up sinking my toes in this sand and lifeguarding these same waters - and now I love to share it with others! This is my third of four condos in the building and as evidenced by all the great reviews, sharing our homes at the beach is my passion. I manage every aspect of the rental myself. I know the area well and we spend at least 10 weeks a year at the beach on break from our Houston (The Woodlands) home.

Sanibel Stunner!

The view from this fabulous open concept living area is magnificent! Being from Maine my husband and I are familiar with the beauty of the Atlantic Shores and yet are still so impressed with your amazing white sand beaches. The unit was perfect for two couples with plenty of privacy if needed, we cooked in for most meals and really enjoyed the fully equipped and cozy kitchen, and again the killer view! The deck is so spacious and allows outdoor lounging, reading and makes a perfect place to "🍹�Happy Hour 🍹�"from the 12th floor!

All very casual serving great food and friendly staff!

Our favorite was to buy fresh yummy shrimp and cowboy cuts to cook on the grill provided poolside...

Beautiful Views and Spacious

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The condo is away from the mega towers in the center of town so the beaches are much more relaxing and not very crowded. It is surrounded by smaller beach houses and the views go on for miles. Access to the beach is right across the street and easy to get to. My wife's favorite part was relaxing on the awesome couches and listening to some beach music on the Sonos sound system. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Disappointed in beds and noise

The view was beautiful although, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We heard the elevator all night long, which added to our lack of sleep.

Owner's Response: Susanne, I texted you the afternoon of arrival, you replied that you were happy, and my responding text said verbatim: "Here to help you if you need anything whatsoever". We had a direct line of communication, so that is regrettable that you didn't let me know about the mattress. We have a memory foam topper that could have been delivered at any time. Bed firmness is a very personal preference and no matter which mattress, it won't be every guests' preference - but could have been solved after that very first night to make you more comfortable. Also, we are NOT in front of the elevators and have never had a complaint about noise from the elevator but I'm sorry to hear it bothered you.

Perfect First Vacation

This was our first family vacation. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children - all under the age of 5. The condo provided us with plenty of room. The children had their own bedroom and bathroom which made things easy. I did bring my own pack-n-play for our baby, and it fit in the children's room nicely. We LOVED the view! We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. My children also enjoyed the fact that the pool is only 3 feet deep. I would highly recommend this condo!! We will definitely be back. :)

The amazing view of the beach was our first greeting as we opened the door. What an entrance!

Clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed, plus extra amenities such as a wagon and chairs for the beach, pool noodles for the pool, and more. We also appreciated the extra special gift of a beautiful beach tote and tickets to a dolphin cruise.

We are already looking forward to a future visit and will definitely book one of Dana's properties!

We are sandwiched between the beach on West Beach and Little Lagoon, which lies behind our unit! West Pass (Lee Callaway Bridge) which connects the lagoon to the Gulf, is about a 3-block walk to the west of our condo. This is a unique area - water views everywhere you turn!

We do NOT force weekly in spring break or summer, but you must align your dates so that there is either NO GAP between you and the next guest - or AT LEAST 3 nights' gap or more. So if there is a 4 or 5 night gap between bookings, you would need to take all 4 or 5 nights. Or if there is a 7-nt gap, you can take the first 3 or 4 nights - or the LAST 3 or 4 nights, but not 3 nights right in the middle. Always leave either NO gap - OR EITHER a 3-nt gap or more. Shoulder seasons are more flexible but check with me first at 832.758.2331 or dana.beachcondo@yahoo.com if you aren't sure about your dates as I have other (identical) condos in this building also.
**HOLIDAY and/or FESTIVAL RATES MAY APPLY and I usually do not allow a check-in OR check-out ON an actual holiday as it makes my calendar difficult to work with.
~ MINIMUM BOOKING AGE = 23, no spring breakers, bachelor parties, etc or all-adult groups unless you are ALL over 23.
~ MAX of 2 parking passes provided and one has been included in your quote.
~ Rates always subject to change until reservation is confirmed; if your booking will leave me with dates/ranges that are hard to book, I may increase your price to compensate for my time and risk incurred.
~ Security deposit MAY be required at my discretion based on perceived risk, in addition to damage insurance.
~ Military discount provided during off and shoulder seasons, with proper military I.D. Discounts may be lower in peak season.
