Nette, ordentliche Ferienwohnung

Sauber und zweckmäßig. Alles da, was man braucht. Allerdings leider kein W-LAN und durch Fliesenböden sehr fußkalt. Aber top Lage, nah am Strand und an allen Attraktionen von Norddeich.

Nette Ferienwohnung, super Lage

Nette, ordentliche, schlichte Ferienwohnung. Küchenzeile mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Badezimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Schlafzimmer hell und mit genügend Schrankraum. Zwei kleine Abstriche: 1. Es gibt kein W-LAN (das war uns nach dem Lesen der Anzeige nicht so klar) und der Handyempfang im Haus ist zumindest bei einigen Ambietern echt mies. Ich hatte also unfreiwilliges Internetdetox ;-). 2. Die ganze Wohnung ist gefliest, daher recht fußkalt. Man sollte besser dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe einpacken. Ansonsten aber super Lage, sehr nah am Strand, und problemlose Abwicklung über Interhome. :-)

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung hat deutliche und offensichtliche Mängel. Die Heizung im Bad ist rostig und tropft,man kann hier kein Handtuch aufhängen ohne das es Rostflecken bekommt. Die Tür im Bad ist nicht genug gekürzt und zieht Feuchtigkeit, Folge die Tür blättert von unten her ab. Das Fenster im Bad wurde schon ewig nicht geputzt. Das Radio ist ein Uraltes Gerät und defekt, Bedienknöpfe fehlen Sender lassen sich nicht einstellen. Die Terrasse wurde schon Ewigkeiten nicht gesäubert Gärtner Fehlanzeige usw.

Relaxen ist anders.

Die Terrasse ist fürchterlich und lädt nicht zum Relaxen ein. Hohes Unkraut zwischen den Steinen, das Beet besteht aus Baumstümpfen, wild wachsenden Büschen und viel Unkraut. Der Autostellplatz vor der Garage ist eine Zumutung. Sehr eng zum Ein.- und Ausparken, teilweise Zentimeterarbeit. Links und rechts, sowie gegenüber stehen Autos. Der Müll wird in die Garage verbracht, sodass auch andere Gäste sich zwischen dem geparkten Auto und Hauswand durchquetschen müssen. Müllgeruch auf Terrasse.
