This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath private residence features excellent ocean and golf course views. The home has an open floor plan that connects six different seating areas. The rooms are designed to maximize the ocean and fairway views. There is a spacious kitchen with bar seating, a breakfast nook, a den with an entertainment center, a formal dining set (seats 8), and a formal living room. Encircling the home is a covered lanai (patio) with seating for an outdoor meal or lounge chairs for kicking back. A beautiful green grass yard surrounds the home and features like a viewing bench make it a special place to unwind on your vacation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a double bed (slightly smaller than a queen), TV, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The home is ideal for a large family to spread out and is very kid-friendly.
The Moani Heights home is set at an exceptional price for the amount of living space and the resort location, primarily because it does not have a swimming pool.
