The old farmhouse has been preserved in typical Andalusian style. It is located outside the town of Almuñécar in an area with dispersed buildings - set in large garden areas. With its quiet yet convenient location makes it ideal to relax and unwind. It is located on a site of approximately 3 000 square meters surrounded by a decorative garden and orchards.

With its spacious rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms) it offers plenty of space for large families or small groups. The large terrace that surrounds the house on three sides, and the garden are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, or simply a romantic evening under the southern stars. Two fireplaces and infrared heaters make the stay in the cool season cozy.

The nearest beach is only 700 meters away and can be reached within 10 minutes. You can also find gastronomy (restaurant, bar). The market is open every day (sausage and meat products, fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables, bread) and a variety of shops are located in the neighboring villages of La Herradura and Almunecar. The 'village', as the locals call it lovingly lies 4 km and is within 10 minutes away by car. Small supermarkets and grocery stores are also within walking distance - in just 25 minutes.

Almuñécar is a populated since the Phönizierzeit town that invites with its old town center for shopping and pub crawls. There is presented a variety of restaurants: bars, restaurants, wineries, discos, flamenco bars and more. If you like a bit of culture that can here 3. wander through 400 years - from the Phoenicians (excavations and archaeological museum) over the Romans (castle), the Moors and the Middle Ages to the 21st Century. Not to mention the easy-to-reach former Moorish strongholds Granada, Cordoba and Seville, whose visits are unforgettable experiences.

Malaga Airport is 87 km away, and the journey time by car is about an hour. To the Granada airport 97 km, which one travels by car in about 1 1/4 hours. The region is served by two airports on highways. Even the Almería airport is located 160 km distance for the arrival and departure.

Exceptional Property

An exceptional property with inspiring views and lovely garden. Finca Tropical has all the creature comforts with an amazing kitchen equipped with everything a gourmet cook needs. The house is well represented in the photographs, sparkling clean with a great washer and dryer. The garden is full of fruit trees of many varieties (cherimoya, guava, lemon, oranges, persimmon, and banana). This lovely home is private, quiet and peaceful. Jump in the car and your can find great restaurants, beautiful beaches and grocery shopping. Thank you Peter for sharing your home with us!

Una stupenda tipica finca andalusa

Un posto veramente incantevole per trascorrere una vacanza con amici o in famiglia, e' addirittura piu' bella di quanto si possa vedere sul sito, tranquilla, immersa nel verde e comodissima come punto di partenza per visitare le cose piu' interessanti dell'Andalusia. Imperdibile !

Una gran bella finca

La finca e' davvero bella, ben arredata, provvista di tutto e soprattutto immersa in uno splendido giardino di piante tropicali da frutto. La sua posizione e' molto comoda per poter visitare i posti piu' importanti dell'Andalusia. La consiglio vivamente a tutti

Tolle Finca in guter Lage mit perfekter Ausstattung

Einfache Anfahrt dank ausgezeichneter Beschreibung . Toller Meerblick vom oberen Schlafzimmer , kurzer Fussweg zum Strand .

Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Almunhecar zum Einkaufen , auf dem Markt o.Ä.

Hier ist alles perfekt , kommen jederzeit gerne wieder !

Zu Hause am Strand

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Finca tropical. Da uns die Gegend so gut gefällt und auch die Lage des Hauses, haben wir uns wieder hier eingemietet. Wir finden vor allem den Strand "El muerto" sehr schön, der zu Fuß nur 15 min entfernt ist und laufen gern die Strecke bis in die Stadt am Wasser entlang.

Das Haus ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt und schon bei der Abreise den nächsten Aufenthalt hier gebucht.

Herrlich individuell!

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in der Finca Tropical und waren rundum zufrieden. Das alte Bauernhaus ist mit viel Charme eingerichtet, und es fehlt an nichts. Wer gerne kocht, wird begeistert sein. Aber auch wer die Küche lieber kalt lässt, wird einfach die Annehmlichkeiten der Ausstattung zu schätzen wissen.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in der Urbanisation Cotobro und ist von einem weitläufigen Gelände umgeben. Alleine hier alles zu entdecken, ist schon ein Erlebnis. Die Orangen-, Zitronen- und Bananenbäume sind ein wunderschöner Anblick, und wir bedauerten fast ein bisschen, nicht im Winter zur Ernte anwesend zu sein.

Der Strand von Cotobro ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Aufstieg zurück dauert ein wenig länger. Mit dem Auto können jedoch viele weitere schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreicht werden. Die Jahreszeit im Oktober war für uns perfekt. Wir konnten das Meer genießen. Es war jedoch nicht zu heiß, um auch Ausflüge ins Hinterland und entlang der Küste zu unternehmen (Sierra Nevada, Granada/Alhambra).

Wir können das Haus für alle, die einen individuellen Urlaub mit viel Natur lieben, einfach nur weiterempfehlen.
