We've lived in Flagstaff, Texas, Colorado and Upstate New York. We've always enjoyed biking, hiking and being outdoors as a family. We love sharing our condo with those who come to enjoy the mountain beauty.
Jeanna Hansen purchased this condo in 2008
We purchased this condo in 2008 as an investment property and began booking guests soon after. We love the location being so close to the freeway and easy access to parks, hiking, grocery and restaurants. The condo has a smart, simple, manageable floor plan which is easy to keep in great shape.
This condo is a perfect get away being quiet and comfortable yet close to all the things you need so you can even walk many places. We love biking and walking the urban trail behind the condo to enjoy the pine trees and forest feel while still being close to the conveniences of the city. We keep our condo neat and clean so each guest who stays can feel like it is home away from home. Enjoy!
This quiet condo complex was perfect for our weekend stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and my kids enjoyed watching movies in the front room. Felt like home for the weekend
My stay was a bit over 2 weeks and this place worked out perfectly. Very close to Northern Arizona Univ. and downtown, walking trail just out front, full size stove/refrigerator/oven so I could stock up and cook as I liked. All the basic utensils/plates/pans that you need. Small combo washer/dryer was great to keep up with laundry. Covered parking for those fly-by snowstorms that evaporate the next day. Wifi solid and 2 TVs with all the usual channels.
Owner was very responsive in communications
The local food scene is fun and growing: Pizzicletta (save room for the Stracciatella if they haven't run out), Josephine's, and Karma for eclectic, Lumberyard and Diablo Burger for stick-to-your-ribs. Skip the kitschy and slow Galaxy Diner and head to The Northern Pines. And surprisingly good Mexican food at Salsa Brava and Tacos Los Altos. Many more to try along foodie row - S. San Francisco St south of the tracks.
The condo was very comfy and had everything we needed. Refreshingly clean and the futon is quite comfortable! The owners are responsive and I'm thankful they've made their space available.
Perfect place for a couple to get away from hustle and bustle!!
We found this location perfect for our exploration of this part of Northern Colorado. It had everything that we needed and Jeannea( owner) was extremely responsive to any questions.
We were able to hike the West Fork of Oak Creek Canyon, explore NAU, check out the snowy peak (ski area), and wander in area parks. We ate at good restaurants and met nice people. Next time we hope to go to the Lowell Observatory.

Great location for visiting Sedona and The Grand Canyon. Easy access to all the surrounding vacation spots. Loved the wifi and kitchen and the bed was very comfy!
The condo is close to a great trail for hiking or biking, two blocks from the grocery store and restaurants with easy freeway access to get to all the great tourist sights in the area. All this plus is it QUIET! Sedona has been a family favorite for years so make sure to save time to drive down through Oak Creek Canyon and hike in the red rocks or play in the river. The sunset drive into Sedona is spectacular.
Approximately two miles to Fort Tuthill by foot, bike or car to enjoy many events throughout the year including concerts at the Pepsi Amphitheater, free family movies, try your strength and courage at the Flagstaff Adventure Course with four different levels or just enjoy riding bikes at the new BMX track with paths for all levels. There are also equestrian events and trails plus numerous events and festivals including the Coconino County Fair in the Fall.
Approximately two miles in the opposite direction will land you at Heritage Square, the center of historic downtown with concerts and movies throughout the summer and even free salsa dance lessons on a few nights throughout the summer. Loaded with restaurants and local charm you will enjoy eating out on the patio on the first Friday of each month of the year for the First Friday Art Walk where all galleries stay open late for guests to mix and mingle with local artists.
