Heizungskosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen, aufgrund eigener SAUNA und WHIRPOOL werden die Strom- und Wasserkosten jedoch im nachhinein nach dem tatsächlichen Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Bettwäsche/ Handtücher können selbst mitgebracht oder aber in Form von Wäschepaketen vor Ort bei der örtlichen Betreuung angemietet werden (ca. € 15,-/ Person).
Bei Anreise ist eine Kaution in Höhe von € 100,- in bar beim Hausmeister/ bei Schlüsselausgabe zu hinterlegen. Diese wird bei ordnungsgemäßer Wohnungs- und Schlüsselrückgabe sofort bei Abreise wieder zurückbezahlt (abzgl. o. g. Verbrauchskosten).
