In very central location, roughly in the middle of the 2km long beach, there is the apartment complex RIGO. It consists of a total of 10 apartments, spread over 4 floors, officially registered with the Tourism Authority and checked regularly. On the ground floor is the popular Eiscafe 'GELATERIA RIGO'. Are offered the apartments in the third Floor (access by stairs), which were extensively renovated and modernized in 2012. The apartments 3-A (far right) and 3-B (middle) are each 80 m2 and have 2 bedrooms with space for 4 people. The apartment 3-C (far left) is 90 m2, has a third bedroom with bunk beds, and is suitable for 6 persons.

All apartments have the same facilities and have a complete kitchen with Zerankochfeld (3-burner), microwave, large fridge with separate freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, basic equipment of crockery, cutlery and cooking accessories.

Living / dining room with dining table, sofa, chair, flat screen TV with satellite channels (all major German channels available), free Wi-Fi.

Bedroom with single beds and fitted wardrobes, one facing the beach, with access to the terrace and sea view. Bathrooms with large glass shower cubicle. Air conditioning (hot / cold), surcharge 5.00 € / day (= 2 units per apartment, one in the living room, the other in the bedroom to the sea).

Washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe installation.

Large terraces directly to the beach with table and chairs, awning and 2 Klappliegen.

The apartments of the 3. Floor have heating, insulated windows and warm comforters and are also available in winter.

The apartments in the first Floor (Object no. 2388319), at the 2. Floor (ref. 2007250) and the most exclusive penthouse apartment with huge terrace on the fourth Floor are offered in separate displays (ref. 2003600).

Cala Millor has been one of the most popular resorts in Mallorca especially among German tourists.

Its fine sandy, white beach is 2 km long, the water falls completely flat into the turquoise and clear sea from.

Because of the superb water quality Cala Millor receives for years the blue flag of the environment.

About the beautifully landscaped beach promenade or the bike path that run both in front of the house, you can walk for miles, completely free of cars, walking in both directions or To go biking. To the neighboring Cala Bona with the landscaped harbor is about 2 km to the north. In the other direction, to the southern end of the bay, where the nature reserve Punta N'Amer begins, it is 1.5 km away. Approximately 2, 5 km to the Nachnarort Sa Coma. The popular pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars just 100 runs behind the house. The main street is 200 meters away, from there you can reach the bus regularly several cities and towns on the island. In about 400 m offers a large public car park even in high season always plenty of parking, free!
